This is a debate of ethics. Stealing is stealing in the law's eyes. Stealing to feed your family... is still inherent stealing. There are numerous non-profit organizations who provide food/shelter to anybody who is falling on hard times. Resorting to stealing is showing that they are just too prideful to accept help from a charity or organization such as the Salvation Army or Gospel Rescue Mission or too stupid to figure out their options. Plus hurting others to help yourself is not right.

Stupid ass dispatcher Patino nearly got those kids killed. The boy told her that his parents were shot and he and his sister were hidden. Instead of telling them to remain quiet to save their lives she just demands that they stay on the phone and keep repeating what the boy had already told her until they are discovered. That part of the call was conveniently cut out of this video. She was the reason the kids were discovered and only for the disposition of the invaders where they not killed.

Yeah it was amazing they did not kill the kids when they found them. The report said they found the kids and demanded to know who they called and the boy told them 911, then they ran. It's a miracle they just ran and did not kill them.

and you need to think about the little boy if he just keeps quiet hes bound to break down listen to the whole video and you'll see he started taking big breaths like the dispatcher said. With the adult telling him what to do and asking information the kid would feel more secure knowing he's going to get help
