To date there hasn't been a program in this genre to even come close in comparison. The cast couldn't have been selected better. Brilliant cast, outstanding directors, and stellar script writers.
The people in the background were regulars during the whole PM run. The lady way in the back played a juror who did not want to touch the gun that was passed to other jurors on an early episode. She seemed to be in alot of episodes as a spectator.
OOOH! That prosecuter always was MAD at Perry Mason - Hamilton Burger? I loved this show because it seemed like Perry Mason was a law graduate from a State Univeristy and Hamilton Burger was spoiled Ivy league grad..that always LOST. (except..once. I'm sure he threw a parade then!)
We used to pretend that was a "dirty"magazine he was passing!
