  • Hi, what song did you use for this? Nice video. Good effects, nice pics, wonderful music. :)

  • nice work ITA80Y and where did you gwt the picturea from

  • Pretty color of yellow......

    i love Royal Brunei.....

  • great video :') what did you use to edit this? :)

  • Amazing Video ITA80Y love it and cant stop watching it, i lived in brunei for 20years and always flew with RBA, my father worked for HMSF the sultans flight.

Great shots of the fleet of aircraft RBA hav flown over the years and obviously i like the HMSF Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A340, it will always be a second home and this video will always take me back.

  • Hmm not bad a video done.. been flying wif RBA since i was born and well seen the airline progress in fleet as well as expansion and growth.. Hmm kinda sad tat the B772ERs are no longer goin to be part of their fleet.. His Majesty odd to add some of his aircrafts to the airlines fleet but given their current destinations i guess the current fleet is sufficient.

  • when u worked for r b a did thay hav 757

  • No... when I was there they had 767 n 319

  • I suppose in Sydney, you only saw the B767 right?

  • They got rid of their 757's in 2003. Officialy they still own one, but it has been leased out to Azerbaijan Airlines.

    (Wikipedia wisdom. lol)

  • @alex25isrory.. yes they do have 777,767,757,A319, A320, Fokker 50, Fokker 100.

  • sorry whot airline do u work for

  • Comment removed

  • did u fly to hethrow if so did u go by 767 or a340

  • No.. I worked in Sydney for them... but as part of re planning they closed Sydney down :(

Royal Brunei only has B767 to london.

The a340 is part of the royal fleet :)

  • i love it so so so so much

  • sorry. i mean your career.

  • omg. are you the same guy from ex-mas employee. it must be painful for the second time. so wish u a good luck in your next carrier. i just love in this industry to see you guys over there, be it in ground or on air

  • Hi, yer made redundant twice in a year can be sad but im a lucky one because I found new work to go into after it... Now with Etihad Airways as cabin crew :)

  • i was only aware they had 6 767's and 4 or 6 a320/a319s.. this must be old footage considering there is a lockheed L10-11 there.

  • Currently yes we do only have as you say, 6 767 300's and 2 a319's and 2 a320's. The a/c in this video range from the past to current however no L10-11 in the video.

    :)

  • I the plane you're mentioning is a Boeing 727.

  • Well im not sure. I hope I can stay in the industry. I would like to fly but havnt had much luck getting into it yet.

    I will keep trying :)

  • What exactly is the A340 used for? I saw it at Brunei Airport on the ground, I thought it was the Sultans, but I heard he had a 747 which wasnt in a RBA livery

  • The A340 is the Sultans which is in RBA livery. The B747 is also the Sultans but is grey. I herd he didnt like it in the RBA colours.

  • I think the 747 would look awesome in RBA colours!

  • I have a picture of it when it was in RBA colours. I think it looked great. Dont no why he didnt like it.

  • I dont think BI will be using 777 anymore due to some internal problems although of one them is ready to use. They will just instead wait for the 787 they ordered in 2009.

  • The 777??? will it come or wont it???

Hehe well I hope it does!

  • I hope so too! Can't wait for the 787 either. I want to fly RBA again some day. I'm going to Brunei this summer, but I'll be on a SQ Triple 7.

  • Can't wait for BI to get their first B777 in service.

  • Another GREAT video! Look forward to ur next one!

  • Correct me if Im wrong, but I saw RBA's B707 and Mcdonal Douglas model in the video. I never heard RBA owned those type of aircraft.

  • Hi,

No 707's or MD's....Maybe mistaken for the A340 and B727???

  • Also: The Royal Brunei colours still don't look outdated, although they have used them for like 20 years now.

  • Royal Brunei Airlines rocks! Really nice to those old planes back. I have flown their 757 quite often. Very elegant plane, especially in Royal Brunei livery.

  • Excellent video! Good work
