  • Great video, amazing skills too, one quick question, the square tubes you use, do they melt when you bake it?

  • awsome work. Im a huge fan

  • @Matasak01

    Thank you so much

  • which kind of clay do you use? and why alcohol? o.o what does it do? much appreciated!! great sculpting (at least better than mine)

  • @nightwasd The alcohol essentially acts like like paint thinner in paint and softens (or rather melts) the clay temporarily, allowing for smoothing and tool mark removal.

  • Hey where did you get your armature? Or if you made it where can I see how?

  • @MadPumpkinGames

I made the armature with Steel wire. You can watch the first part of this video on how its made

  • i want to ask : Whit what material you are working with.... sculpey FIRM or someting else? :)

  • @blackantibiotic I use mixture of super sculpey, sculpey original and sculpey III . It's a recipe that gives me the hardness and softness that I after,

  • do you cast your figures?

  • @amplifier1110

    Yes I do.

  • @juliankhor

Do you have to bake the sculpey at all before molding and casting?

    ...Or just do it "wet"?

Im afraid of ruining my sculpts.lol

  • we all know that there is alcohol in that bottle, but what kind of alcohol?

  • @UnknownNewDisease It mostly doesn't matter but I recommend small amounts of rubbing alcohol.

  • @UnknownNewDisease

I use Denatured Alcohol. You can get it from any pharmacy. Nothing fancy :)

  • @juliankhor In UK Scotland it is forbidden to sell or to buy Denatured Alcohol. What can I use as substitute? Please.

  • Alcohol smooths everything...

  • @macgyver110

    smooths out sorrows too :)

  • ALCOHOL!!! BRILLIANT!!

    Is that rubbing alcohol?

  • @rikuzxbf

    Yes Alcohol. Hiccup!!

  • @juliankhor

  • Thank god for Youtube and real talented people like yourself, truly inspirational!

  • @stevenaball333

    Amen :)

  • how'd you remove the skeleton wire and tube that sticked on his butt? after sculpting?

  • @TheTremor209

You do not remove the skeleton. You will leave it inside the clay even after its baked hard

  • @juliankhor thnx 4 d response. but hiw will add some articulations in the head, torso, elbow and thigh?

  • @TheTremor209

I have no plans to add articulation. Not sure how to, never done that before. Sorry can't help you on this.

  • how'd you remove the skeleton wire after sculpting?

  • @TheTremor209

The armature ( skeleton wire ) stays inside and will not be removed. Those which are sticking out will eventually be cut off and the area will be re-touched to make it even with the rest.

  • @fermionsandbosons

Thanks... but regarding the music... hard to suite everyone's taste. :/

  • I'm curious as to what those removable plugs are (that you use to fix in the arms) and where to buy them. I should note too I don't have sound so if you mentioned it audibly I can't hear it.

  • @Mamoruanime

Do a search on " Square tubes " on google. There are alot of art supply stores that sells them. THe one I am using are made of plastic. You should be able to get brass too. But I prefer plastic as I do not need to get a metal cutter for it and its quite expensive for poor artist like us :/

  • the name of the sound background? please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @DeeJayMontevideo

    Artist: United Peace Voices

Song: 21 Aspects Of Female Divinity

    Album: Zamling Shide
