I have to admit, I agree with this video. The T.B. execs need to try the beef taco meat at Taco Bueno (you can get a 3oz side for about $1.) or Taco Cabana, or Taco Casa (they put the most meat and cheese on their tacos. T.B. also appears to use canned queso/cheese sauce. @bobbybob3680, T.B. tacos are 99 cents, just like everyone else, yet their meat is weird..kinda soupy. I will still eat at T.B., but in Texas their food quality is below average.

I have no problem eating Taco Bell occasionally or if circumstances are stacked against me, preventing me from making a healthier choice without difficulty.

That being said, it's a no-brainer to make a superior taco at home with all raw ingredients.... it all boils down to giving yourself ample time and concentration, and not preparing the damned things when you're already hungry (too late).

Malodextrin is a common sweetener used in many candies like the Tic Tacs I have on my desk right now (it's also used in beer). Most of the ingredients are grains, vegetables, and spices, but everyone is harping on the trace items that are in so many other foods you'd have to stop eating altogether to avoid these things.
