The 6gb version of the GF100 (Geforce-Fermi) will be the CUDA chipset made for supercomputing like the Tesla and Quadro, wont be for gaming. Allthough i wouldnt doubt if EVGA of XFX or someone released a version with 6gb's around 6 months after its release lol. Im sure we will be seeing more of the 3gb's versions tho.

From what i have heard is that if you are running phoenix bios systems, there will be a way to flash your bios to do it. But it works best on boards that are made for it. Plus the manufacture will be the ones to decide if they put it up on there bios download center.
