nice, dual intake? i've seen that around forums, but i'm not sure if the V8 in the 08 is the same as older models, so i've been skeptical to whether or not it'll fit my 5.7.. and as your take on power, like you said, i was amazed too at the way these trucks pull..
I took a trip recently and babied it, set the cruise all the time, and traveled at no more than 60, I got 20mpg. But for the average drive I get about 16. Aggressive I get about 13. I do have the dual intake and the throttlebody spacer, and I think those improvements have made a huge difference.
I'm getting one of those 5.7 in a year.
