The running animation is clearly better as is the tackling, but other than that every play develops really slow like madden does

the graphics and presentation need work obviously but the gameplay and realism itself kills madden

I think EA's game could be much better, if they hadn't lost like 5 years towards the "next Gen" type of game they tried to create. Madden 2002-2005 were awesome. Same goes for the 2k Football Series back then.

Then the Madden series started to decline.

A combination of both Games + Backbreakers euphoria engine would make like the holy grail of Sports Video games...
