I believe that this song was based off a scripture from the bible, 1 corinthians 12. I was reading it for a project (it was an assigned reading) and I realized "Oh my, Flyleaf's 'Beautiful bride' is just like this scripture! The lyrics are just like the words in this reading, and I thought "Wow this assignment will be a piece of cake!"

For those hatin' on the top comments: the first one's just ridiculous. The "31" comment is about soldiers dying and their families being devastated. The song is about the army needing to be all as one; if one part isn't functioning, the whole isn't functioning. Such as if a computer is missing a power cable, the whole thing is worthless.
