In France, exists "low level high speed" (900km/h at 100-150ft) flying corridors, closed if "active" to other aircrafts. same thing in the Swiss mountains another training spot for the French airforce (Swiss airforce are specialists for mountain training, need a hight skill) , but in Marocco, or other african countries, the open zones are much bigger, better for a more realistic trainig...

@ZEtruckipu I can actually start to answer to his question for having worked at Dassault Aviaition last year and discussed about it with the other people. I have been told they were suspended for a short period of time and moved to another squadron.

Considering the costs of training for army jet pilots, it was unlikely they'd just fire them...

Le mieux s'est de te renseigner au CIRFA le plus proche de chez toi.

all aircraft fighter in the world have them,( f-16 not, he has a bubble canopy) f-18-15- trainers like t-37 or attack like a -37 etc, is very useful, remember that the other aircraft is flying at the same speed and be located just behind you, aiming to shot you, by therefore move smoothly and accurately, in short you can see an airplane to your 6 even in that little mirror

these kind mirror is very useful 'cause u must know that the jet pilots must have at least 11 on 10 at each eye and they training to detect any flash of light caused by the sun on an other plane that's why...

however if u get radar locked your instruments will tell u, this is french planes but they are not so shitty ; )
