I don't agree with Ron Paul on everything, but in this presidential election the issues that matter the most to me are foreign policy and civil liberties, and Ron Paul is the only major candidate who even sounds sane on those topics. He's not everything America needs, but his election would be a great start.

When you get others to say just what their problem with Dr. Paul is, they may learn that they know less than they think. Ron Paul has three kinds of opponents. 1) the under-informed 2) those with a sense of entitlement, and 3) those who stand to profit from theft and murder. Since most of them fall into the first group, a useful dialog may be possible.
