There's so much love for season 7. It was an alright season for me. I don't know, it felt like something was missing. My favourites are season 5 and 6. I'm hoping this season picks up or it'll be a long season.
As for the results, Danny was a given. I just wish the judges weren't so biased.
Alexis was the best girl. I'd like to see her do well. Michael Sarver is alright. I'm not surprised he made it. I don't think Anoop was that great. He's a lot better and will be a wildcard

For example, Stevie's parents may have bulit her up all the way to making her think America would give her another shot, then Kara crushes her dreams and remind her of how much she sucked in front of everyone. She basically said "These were the worst of the group."
Isn't your math off kinda? The wild care sing-off could have 12 singers for the three spots, but that's a better chance at the top 12 then the top 36 have over all right? I'd rather have Braddy instead too. I'd put Braddy and Anoop in those 12 singers in the wild card round.
Sorry math isn't off - its a 3 in 27 or 1 in 9 reduced. 27 will not be guaranteed a spot in the top 12 but yes after they make it to the wild card round then they have a 25% chance of making it if they are selected for that round.

Carly Smithson wiped the floor with every girl from last night. This season has desperately lacked talent so far. Last night was nearly a complete train wreck.
I completely agree with you. She completely destroyed all the girls we've seen sing this season. Even the girl that made it to the top12 isn't half as good as Carly!
I like Carly but she hasn't done anything since Idol ended. She was given pretty harsh critisism when she was on the show and has a lot of experience over the girls that are competing this season. I would expect her to be better. She had a record deal before coming on Idol and America put her in the bottom constantly so as talented as she is, she is not someone that America has embraced at all. I think she is good not great. Michael Johns is amazing and has a very unique voice.
America apparently has problems. I wanted Ricky Braddy instead of Michael Sarver. Ann Marie was also good. I don't really have an opinion about Alexis Grace, but I am a big fan of Danny's. He is the best that I've seen so far.

I agree that season 5 was the best season. It has certainly produced more legitimate artists that have actually gone on to sell albums than any other season. Simon had no right to diss Bucky Covington on the show the other night. Bucky's first album debuted at number one on the county music charts and produced three hit singles. That's a lot more than I can say for some of these contestants.
Last season was pretty awesome. It was my first season ever, so I'm was it was the best ever. I am also disappointed Anoop didn't make it. I hope he gets that wildcard. Much love!
Kara is mean and unprofessional. She call Bikini Girl "Bitch" twice and was condescending towards Tatiana last night. She has something against pretty women.
Kara is getting on in the years and wants to tear down all the younger prettier girls. As pathetic as Bikini Girl was Kara was even more pathetic with her stupid comments about her striking a pose. She acted like such a hag when Simon and Randy paid more attention to Bikini Girl than her so she tried to tear her down. It made her look even older and more pathetic.
Everyone knew Tatiana was the BEST!
