Yes taking images left to right works very well.

You can easily align your shots using the overlay or onion skin view.

I see people taking wide shots, like of a whole tree, taking photos left, right, up and down. But what if you want to take photos of a room for example. Does it look well panning only left to right?

What is the limit of input images ?

@crtl9697 There is no limit to the amount of input images - they suggest taking 10 or more images for the best results on the higher resolution setting. The only limit you may have is the available memory on your phone. Enjoy!
