is this a series 2 3.8?? I have a 2002 buick park avenue ultra with the supercharged 3.8 and it pushes that car like nothing on the highway now I want to see what that motor can do in a small fiero nice build!
Most ppl that put these into fieros don't just do a engine swap. My buddy redid his 3800sc and he's well over 600hp and he's only got maybe 3k into the motor total.... try doing that with whatever import u may be driving......
nice but does this mean the engine will run hotter and catch on fire faster?? they seemed to have horrible overheating problems that caused people not to buy them. they do however have awesome handling capabilities i hear from current fiero owners. please dont get rid of your car but if you do....SELL IT TO ME??? :):):)

Only reason why it was reletively reliable is because it made so little power for it's size. The only engines U.S. makers know how to make are V-8's and even they don't make much power for their size. The government shouldn't have bailed their sorry asses out.

Not really. I have an 88GT with a stock motor, and I've driven with Fieros with engine swaps, and my slightly modified 04 WRX with intake and 3 inch exhaust can kill any of em. But the Fiero isn't about King of the Road stuff. It's a very fun car that handles great.
Did you have to relocate the oil filter or did it work in the stock location?

Bolts right to the fiero transmission. Do need engine mount to put in fiero.
