Personally, given the limited technology we procrastinators have at our disposal, I find that 'Chipmunked' songs work better when you change the tempo (which alters the pitch with it on most programs). Otherwise, it just sounds like your file's bust.

Plus it's funnier to hear a high-pitched voice go fast rather than at normal speed. I find 175% to be the best tempo setting.

I always use it on 110-112 max.

Tho it ain't thaat much difference... it sounds pretty different between just chipp3y like the chipmunks, or a too high, shitty, "unnatural" sound.

Doesn't work with fraps - fraps is a game-video recording software that only works in some fullscreen-thingy. Not for recording desktop/programs/IE's and so on.
