@volleyballluver1995 yeah it was him, cole and phoebe were meant to be together so that's why the letter of her true love started with C, it meant cole no coop, what happened was that julian left the show and that's why cole and phoebe's story ended up as a disaster and made it seem like they were never meant to be, the writers then decided to create coop so phoebe wouldnt end up alone, and of course his name started with C so the story wouldnt change that much

I totally believe that Phoebe's true love was Cole- not everybody ends up with their's. I wish they hadn't tried to make people believe that it was Coop- it cheapens everything that she went through with Cole.
@NiNjABUg22 AGREED. Phoebe's relationship with Coop never felt as deep or real. It just felt rushed and unconvincing. More like Phoebe wanted to get married and have her little girl than that Coop was really the love of her life.
IMO the apple peel scene was TOTALLY referring to Cole. No one can convince me otherwise! Though the cynic in me wonders what the apple peel would have done if her true love's name had started with a K or a T or something. A peel can only curl into a few shapes!
I LOVE the apple peel scene. I love it because we find out Cole is her true love and because of Cole wanting to know and because of his reaction when he finds out its him.
The time when they both bend to see the apple is so funny! :D
