This is an example of a great trailer, especially considering it's a cheap production. Made me want to see the film and I was lucky enough to get ahold of it. Typical Italian film trying to masqerade as an American style production, but interesting enough to be entertaining without being too bizarre. Ya gotta love that soundtrack though. I think World War II should have been fought in the 1960s. They would have had better music.
i saw this movie way back in 1967 when a was a boy...i never realized it was italian made....i remember the guy with the glasses...they called him chicken because he was so scared...i think only 2 of them made it back...i liked this movie so much...we used to talk about it in school......those were the good old days....
This flick's goofy and light-hearted opening 15 minutes belie the gritty, anybody-can-die-at-any-time WWII flick it would soon turn into. Tarantino's new flick should be so nerve-racking. Not to mention a meaty role for Klaus! Solid A
