but i dont think code would allow it to be built. stucturaly it may be unstable unless you used some extremly expensive materials. but the big code issue is the centeral location of the stairs, and im guessing elevater too. with this being the only way down in the event of an emergency, it creates a one exit choke point, which code does not allow. but still very creative and amazing design.
I like the renders and you obviously have 3dmax skills, but i dont think your design is of any quality. Many people (incl. architects) think architecture is all about generating complex forms and then make superrenders of these forms. Why?
Architecture is much more than that. In all these flashy clips I never see a section or a floorplan where I can study the inner structure.
It's all about attractive shapes which intend to make people say : woow ! Well, no cheers from me mate, sorry.
This design will never be built: structurally those protruding rooms will be very very expensive. As if the government or any educator would have the extra cash for that....it is unrealistic and will remain a dream...
After that design is value engineered, you'd have nothing but a slab and a few members of steel to work with. Well...not all hope is lost for you...there is always Dubai.
Very creative design but reminds me to much of a old modern look. Like something that was made back in 1990's to look futuristic. However i do like the computer lab idea not so much the cafe, the furnitures doesn't seem fit for one. My first thought of it was a lounge. :) Hoped i helped out a bit. :)
hey man , u know what , such a ggreat idea , but its virtual that type of design cant be constructed , but its a good structure form , but the interior llok like a home gallerie design , full of colours and models , and its not good , that make ur concept poor .
Really nice command of Revit. The building design is pretty nice, even to a "form FOLLOWS function" guy like myself! Was this done for a contest or just personal exploration?

bold but bit boring use of windows.
and the computer lab should probably not be in direct sunlight :)

@DanFrederiksen true, the windows should have a more contemporary feeling, looks like old wood to plastic.
