recently for suspected Pneumonia he said that although he was very grateful that ER saved his life it was while he was in IC for 5 days that Dr Lo approached him to tell him that he had 70% blocked arteries and that he would need Stent surgery to save his life.
Mr Webb’s son did not take to Dr Lo because of Dr Lo’s manner and that of the nursing staff at Bert Fish hospital who made valiant efforts to Mr Webb to leave because his son was protesting at his father’s treatment, Mr Webb’s son advised
Mr Webb phoned me because he wanted to find out if I had got any answers and have someone look into the way Dr Lo was acting, suspiciously and as it turned out a misdiagnosed Stent requirement. This was found out from Doctors and specialists at Ormond Beach even though Mr Webb knew Dr Lo was also the cardiologist there.
Both Mr Webb and I have been denied any legal representation. WE both have been told that there is a conflict of interest with Dr Lo. Mr Webb is a USA citizen and he was as treated badly by Dr Lo as I was. I informed him that he could go to DOH and make a formal complaint against both Dr Lo and Bert Fish Hospital.

He stated that he had to get medical treatment at Bert Fish Hospital New Smyrna Beach Florida

Mr Webb to discharge himself and get an opinion from Ormand Beach Hospital.
On leaving Bert Fish Mr Webb was handed a prescription that was incorrectly filled in with an alternative patient’s name.
