@larachadrianc Motor with the current at 3-4 knots, let rig out. When you've let out enough line back off the engines, turn the boat 180 degrees into the current and follow the line until it becomes vertical in the water column. Sound for bottom, set the bait depth and wait for the bite
hey what size swivel rod holders do you guys run, the extra long or stanadard o degree right?Also what size bent butts. Are they the 14" bent butts or the standard like 10"?
hey man im interested in fishing swordfish here in Honduras. I bought a swordfish rigg but im not sure how to get it in the water with the weights and everything. Should I keep the boat moving while the line is getting down or I have to be drifting in the same place?
