@rolypoly92 Emmure? no, they are different styles and vocals especially when you breakdown section by section. FTFD slighty. Asking Alexandria maybe a small hint but not the same. and the rest maybe bits and pieces but overall, none of them are just alike, so you can't really go that way.

All the bands I mentioned use the same, or very similar, overused guitar tones, they use the same jarring one on their breakdowns, the same song structures, the same rhythmic passages and dynamic effects, and unless you actually know the music because you like it or have heard it that much, they all sound the same. The point is they all borrow parts, riffs, dynamics and guitar sounds and breakdowns off eachother yet claim individuality.

The same chugging riffs, same guitar tone (don't care what you have to say about production and mixing). This band do add melody and leads where many don't but listen to the start of this and any other deathcore band, or 30s to 48 for prime examples of what i'm on about. Good band but not original, end.
