How did you get your shoulder pieces to stay snug on your arms? I have straps and buckles going from the top of the shoulder pieces to the inside of the upper torso. It's a pain in the butt and it's the only part of getting my suit on that I need someone's help with...

Guy in the video is neither tall enough nor bulky enough to be the master chief. You need to make the suit for like, a professional body builder who's 7 feet for it to completely realistic. The suit looks amazing though.

looks great but please put on some bondo! it will take you like 3 months LEAST but trust me, its TOTALLY worth the effort.

took me about 2 weeks to build the entire suit from paper. Then took me about 2 months to get it all fiberglassed and painted.

hmm yeah i saw ur video, this was my first ever fiberglass project aswell and i fiberglassed everything on the outside except for the chestpiece and the helmet because i knew i was going to fuck those up if i did it on the outside, even though its a bit easier.
