  • man do I love Wolfgang...

  • Thanks for upload, Nagelbrett.

  • What Kraftwerk song was that at 5:53?

  • Optimierung (Mathematik)

  • yay det är svensk text:)

  • is this part of the full documentary?

  • great work !

  • knöpchendreher... HAHAHA!!! now THAT's a fuckin cool term :-)

  • Actually, it is quite funny that I'm not swedish at all, but I clearly understand a lot of it.

    Anyways,

This is an awesome interview. It's nice that they talk about all the albums and information around it all. ;D

    THANKS FOR POSTING IT :D

  • ...but it's NOT in English! Huge chunks of it are in Swedish...I'm flexible on this; I speak English and German but it is frustrating to be robbed of huge pieces of this documentary that I really want to see.

  • @shootbinary

What? Only short sequences of this documentary are in swedish - and the Interviews with the Kraftwerk members are ENTIRELY in english.

Just for the record: I didn`t rob anything - I spend my time to GIVE something.

  • haaaa que alguein lo tradusca a español!!!!!!!

  • Do some people recognize Wolfgang Flür in the street ? Sometimes ?

  • Always think mainland Europe seems such a better place to live than the UK. Seems so much more "sorted".

    That's an aside.

Kraftwerk. Essential music. "Computer Love" is one the best songs ever written.

  • Didn't some more recent flash in the pan band use Computer Love in one of their songs? Coldplay or something?

  • @MrDefaulto Yeah Coldplay. Tainted Kraftwerk forever !

  • @capricious71, What do mean with "sorted"? Organized? Or the equivalent of the German term "Ordnung"?

  • @rrreinhard I think I meant organised and calmly focused. However, I see I mentioned that 1 year ago and the EU with all its financial problems has changed my mind slightly of late. :))

  • Why am I hearing Clockwork Orange music by Walter Carlos?

  • Cos Kraftwerk have said that just that one short piece of music was a MASSIVE inspiration for them and the whole electronic music thing. And cos it's cool :D

  • I love the Model Trains!!!!!

  • This is an amazing little documentary.

    almost a bit sad.

  • Love the Model rail road its awsome

  • nearly all the electronic drum sounds in keyboards come from these guys they are the pioneers of tekno, electronica, and even trance

  • i read the book wolfgang wrote about the band, ralf and florian are dicks!

  • i am a fan craftwerks long time. i have 5 platines record 1976 and +. this musik in advance time for 1975!!!

  • By pressing down the special key

    it plñays a little melody

    wernfiounsariof wqerifnwqnfjn

  • hey look, it's bjork

  • So good

  • someone needs to get ralf & florian to talk... but it will probably be in binary... beep boop.

  • without kraftwerk there would no electro stuff like justice daft punk or electro music

  • Bjork's english is sooooooooo cool...

  • I like the Kraftwerk- Frans Schupert song in the begining :)

  • That's actually Wendy Carlos.

  • Wolfgang sounds like a bitter Kraftwerk stalker thesedays...

  • Kraftwek ,,,dont have to make any more music,, they proved themselves like ABBA..

  • I am very disappointed to hear one of my heroes in Kraftwerk make a mistake about the minimoog. It has no ring modulator. I am shocked.

  • They have so much gear he probably gets confused.

  • allthough it can make ringmodulated sounds even without a dedicated ringmod

  • THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  • härligt me svensk text

  • mm ja vet fett nice

  • WTF? Isn't that a part of Wendy Carlos' "A Clockwork Orange" soundtrack playing in the background at 1:00? O_o

  • Note to self: I should read other people's comments before posting my own. The fact had already been verified.

  • Für mich die schönste Band die es gibt.

  • fuzzyrabbit , the music you ask about is beethoven arranged for the film a clockwork orange

  • Thanks! :)

  • Hello! I am a "new" Kraftwerk fan so I'm just starting to discover their songs. Can anyone please tell me the name of the song that is played after Franz Schubert, right at the start when Karl starts speaking?..even if it is or isn't a Kraftwerk song. Thanks so much! :)

  • thankyou.....great docu
