GLobally, I agree it is shyte. BUt for Malaysia, this is about as 'impressive' as it can get. Given that I am getting full speed for the package I subscribe to, it is good. You should see others who are subscribed to 1Mbps (yes, this silly country defines broadband as anything faster than 64kbps) with other Malaysian ISPs but getting speeds well below that...

Dude, this is Malaysia. 1.5Mbps connection to an overseas server *is* fast. The fastest connection offered by the average Malaysian ISP is about 1Mbps, and usually falls far shorter than that when connecting overseas, so this is *impressive*. Google for Screamyx.
