Would Ralph appointment Dr. Paul to a cabinet position? Or Secretary of State? Where do Dr. Paul and Mr. Nader see eye to eye and where are do they not? I mean what is the same and or or different about them? I'd like for Ralph Nader to answer that.
Ralph Nader said Obama talks to much like a "white" guy and should talk more like a black guy. Hey Jackass, Obama is a Harvard graduate and is running for the President of the United State. Do you want him to talk "Jive".....and are you saying African-americans have a way of communicating that's different from whites? Talking from your butthole again aren't you Ralph...your life is at its twilight years and your desperate to make one more splash before you kick the bucket.
BTW, if you think Obama will bring change to America, well -- that's just wishful thinking. How can he bring change when he has sided with the corporations on every major issue. The same corporations that have led to the corruption that is driving our government into the ground. One thing is clear, he will say or do anything to get elected. Take a look at his voting record, or his frequent flip flops on more than a dozen major issues.
Ralph Nader, will you take a lie detector test that allows Americans to see if you took a bribe to run? My theory is that Republicans paid you to help defeat Gore.
One day you're talking about important issues (with the exception of race relations -- which you are too afraid to broach), then the next day you are calling for a national committee to study how your Sacramento Queens were "unfairly" beaten in the NBA Western Conf. finals.
I would definitely want that lie detector test...for real! And yes...he will never touch race relations...accept trying to play the uncle tom card on Obama to try to appease....oh I know...his neocon puppet masters!!!
Do you anticipate an increase in votes since the Democratic Party stole their primary from Hilary and so many voters are now even more disenfranchised withthe system?
Mr. Nader, I was a fan of yours since the 60s, but see you as a compromised fraud who helped to empower the worse government in the history of the modern world. Your behavior is like that of a bribed pawn. Are you aware of how people who believe in democracy view you as a Benedict Arnold?
agreed. He played spoiler in 2000 and did just enough to get the neocons in and now we have had the most disasterous 8 years in american history and now he wants to run again. His spoiler tactics and bashing Obama get us ever closer to war with Iran and $8 gallon gas.
If you vote for him you are doing nothing but putting the neocons in for another 4 years and allowing war with Iran. I'm not a huge democrat or republican fan but I tried the alternative before and it resulted in these psychos..
Clean water?.. Bottled water vs tap? do we trust the EPA that tap water is clean? I've heard horror stories about both, that pharmaceuticals get flushed end up in public water. Storm drainage is a huge problem overflowing and causing sewage to be mixed ? Its also been shown that bottled water companies are not put to the standards of testing and bacteria can be found in most bottled water besides the enormous amount of plastic it produces and it gets stored inside a petroleum bi-product?? Food is at a shortage. more food is needed but I want my food to be wholesome and organic. I've heard big agribusiness like walmart and ADM are trying to take the teeth out of USDA organic standards. Since I don't have health insurance my only insurance is eating healthy and I need to trust these agencies to know my food source is pure

Qs: For Mr.Nader & his running-mate, Matt Gonzales: 1.)Why did you enter the race so late in the campaign? 2.)Would your ticket bring universal health care to all Americans? If so, how would your plan differ from Hillary Clinton's plan? 3.)How would you implement a withdrawal from the Iraq war? Thank You.
Calling Nader what you called,by a obama supporter, removed Obama credibility!Nader is the most respectable american politician in the world because of what he had done during several decades including supporting minorities like you in 60's and 70's. Shame on you! (respond to blkbombchelle)
Frog in vids above asks, "WHY?" Do we want your candidacy? Do you need to waste our time and energy again & possibly give votes to the Republicans? And Matt(his VP running mate),your a good man, know u fr high school, but why run in this race so late in the game?

Mr. Nader, What do you think of Ron Pauls candidacy and the movement that has transformed many minds of America's older and younger generation? How do you think it will affect the process in years to come?
Nadar, because of your ego - and you really knew you couldn't win, didn't you? - Bush won, people are dead, the environment is trashed. You did great stuff in your day, but because of you Bush got elected and undid most of it. You're a dick, Nader.
Wouldn't you have gotten on the ballot in more states if you had announced your run earlier? Last June, you said you'd announce in the Fall, but you announced late this Winter. This will be my third time voting for you.
are you on the ballot in Texas Oklahoma North Carolina Indiana and Georgia? what states ballots are you on and how can we mobilize to get you on every states ballot?
He's running to take some votes out Barack Obama. He is a republican and wants to pretend that he has any option whats so ever of winning. He knows what his true intentions are another example of crooked politicians. My vote never goes on that ballot for nothing in the world. Instead of running why doesn't he support Barack Obama instead where he can make a difference.
Thats my question Why don't you support Barack Obama? So you can make a bigger difference. If you don't support a can. GUILTY.
Youtube isn't selling out. They sold out a long time ago. The youtube community is extinct. It's just corporate money that runs the show now. That's why I don't post videos on Youtube anymore.
steve grove is a worthless corporate sell out that is selling out the youtube community to the corporate elites that control our society.
No one should give him one ounce of respect. He deserves to be tarred and feathered and made to walk in front of parade where we can all throw eggs at his face.
what's your reason for saying this? give us some facts and cite them please, if we're supposed to blindly believe, give us some reasons to back up your opinions...
he's running because the democrats won't stand up for the american people, that's why! they voted for the war, they voted for everthing george bush wanted to do, that's your precious party of opposition for you, wake up and smell the coffee!
no one can ever seem to get it through their heads that al gore didn't carry his home state (think bush would've lost texas?) or arkansas (president clinton's home state)... nor do they remember in 2000 all the registered democrats voting for GWB! plus no one seems to remember nader telling democrats to adopt 3 of his policies and he'd drop out! your bigoted argument holds no water, you're only out to make people look bad not to fix anything. the democrat party is too blame for 8 years of bush!
so if everyone was so upset about GWB why did he get relected? even after the democrat party bamboozled nader's ballot hopes in 2004 with lawsuits and petition fraud, why did the democrats lose? you know what ass wipes, if i can't vote for nader i won't vote at all! i voted against my beliefs, for john kerry, because i thought man 4 more years of bush... the dems should landslide this guy! ya right! you dems are the ones working republicans, never again will i be duped by you people, drop out!
I always liked Jerry Brown Jr, and Ralph Nader too - at least since the "Toward Tomorrow" Fair held at U. Mass Amherst circa 1974 which featured R. Buckminster Fuller, Helen & Scott Nearing, Alternative Energy, and of course, Ralph. Would you accept Hillary Clinton as your 3rd Party Running Mate? That would be a winning ticket.
Mr. Nader G'day to you. I am a Australian, I hope our two countries will and can get along together for many more years. Peace to America and Thank-You for being a friend towards Australia.
There's a certain point in everyone's Youtubing that you get bored of watching the videos and start reading comments. My first mistake in doing this was expecting intelligent thought behind the faceless posters. The second was reading them. And if anyone wants to chill someones boobies they either want to have their balls ripped off by this psycopath, or are so into necrophilia that the only thing that will get it up is a nice cold corpse. So why dont you just go post on redtube or something
i understand that the oil companies are very greedy! But my question is why isn't anybody blaming the auto industry? If it wasn't for there product being so dependant on oil we wouldn't be in this mess. We both know that we can't boycott gasoline. But what if we were to boycott the car manufactures and refuse to buy anymore vehicles until they come up with an engine design thats not based on 100 year technology?
gud day people of Youtube.. I am from Sudan and I would like to ask a little help, it takes just seconds.. you will help me to continue my studies..dont worry you wont spent anything..
Just click on my name for details, its in my profile..
sorry for this unrelated message in this video.. god bless you and your family..
it's funny that you Dems say that the Repubs are running someone that's more liberal than you are!! either adopt his policies or merge together and form Demublicans!
my question to mr. nader is, why won't oklahoma let me vote for you? we get 2 options with no write ins! my option is vote locally and leave pres blank...
In regard to Iraq though i'm not sure it's really going to matter who gets elected because democrats are going to be picking up 50 seats not to mention antiwar republicans so there's probably just not going to be enough votes to fund the war anymore.
Any votes that nader would take from Obama would be cancelled about by all of the people who vote for Bob Barr who would have been voting for mccain. Barr's also doing better in the polls than nader already and he hasn't even ever run for president before.
Democrats are afraid of Ralph Nader. What the hell does he have to do with a Republican anything? Look at Perot way back when. He was a spoiler who put Clinton in the White House. Same thing all over again, only this time it's going to work against the Democrat candidate. History repeats itself.
Learn a lesson from life. No matter how hard you try, there's always a dumbass somewhere to screw it up for the rest of us.
What an insult to Nader that he isn't included with the Democrats and Republicans on the YouChoose08 page. He is mixed in with congressional and senate campaigns. YouTube is making a mockery of this process by not including other presidential candidates along side the Democrats and Republicans. So much for YouTube and democracy.
like he did in '04? oh ya the dems forced him off ballots and he wasn't much of a factor and bush still won! so after 4 years of GWB it seems like america wanted more...
Any person who votes for Nader in a year that we have struggled so hard to rid the Democratic Party of the DLC Clintons is nothing but a Bush collaborator.
Why does the GP and presumably you support massive immigration/illegal immigration when those who benefit from it are the very forces you rail against?
Isn't massive illegal immigration an indicator of massive government corruption, and isn't that something you should thus oppose?
Somehow I don't think Steve Grove has it within himself to press for answers to either question.
Do you believe that only real political change can occur with "blood in the streets"? Like when McCain serves Bush's third term after you split the Democrat votes? Is this the real method behind your madness?
Hey Ralph, I thought our motto in the good old U.S.A. was, 3 strikes your out. Why do you think people will vote for you now, if they didn't vote for you in the past 3 times you ran for president? Now it is your 4th chance to run for president, so do you think it is more your ego you are satisfying then the American consumer? Give it up Ralph, you had 3 chances to win and you LOST! Give it up and stop taking votes away from democrats.
Hey Nader. Why are you going to ruin another election? I am an independent, but you are just going to screw it up again, by taking away votes from people. I personally believe you are the reason Bush was elected.
Franklin, Rosen and Weissman "did unlawfully, knowingly and willfully conspire" in criminal activity against the United States. So far, no one has explained what triggered an investigation that began more than six years ago. But it reveals how long the three indicted conspirators and "others, known and unknown to the Grand Jury," engaged in such criminal activity. In any case, what appeared at first to be a brief dalliance between Franklin and the two AIPAC officials now—according to report

Given the expected chorus of "Yer a spoiler!", and massive Dem spending to shut Mr. Nader out- Would Mr. Nader be willing to agree to step out of the race if he is polling poorly at a given point, provided he was allowed participation in Presidential debates?
Question: Mr. Nader, many citizens feel that you are partly responsible for getting President Bush into office. If, by chance, you are not elected as President of The U.S. in the upcoming 2008 election, what role do you think you will have played in how the votes are divided? And of Clinton, McCain, and Obama, whose policies are most in line with your policies?
Nader ought to answer the questions regarding his entering the race in 2000. It was detrimental to this party in ways no one could imagine at the time.
As much as Ross Perot is responsible for Clinton, Nader is responsible for Bush.
If people refuse to acknowledge that this country is a democracy, then fine, blame Nader. But the US prides and boasts itself on its supposed perfect democracy, so how can everyone be so opposed to third parties entering a major election? That is what a democracy is about.
Maybe the vast amount of conservatives and Americans feeding off the media are to blame for Bush; just because Nader is the easier target, doesn't mean everyone should blame him automatically.
Having now been afforded the luxury of retrospect, had you to do it all again, would you still have entered the race in 2000 now knowing the catastrophic turn of events your presence in that race would ultimately effectuate?
"gagSpaz82": Why don't you ask Twelve percent of Florida Democrats (over 200,000) who voted for Bush? 1 percent of these Democrats voting for Gore would easily have won Florida. Or complain about Database Technologies,INC.when they blocked 94,000 voters(97% of whom has the right to vote)--Al Gore didn't protest or fight for them.
The stranglehold of the two party system is running this country down, don't expect anyone to buy your falty liberal intelligencia here lol.
Explain to me, utubesucks2003, how exactly Nader worked to rid us of the strangle hold of the two party system?
A true third party candidate would be able to appeal and pull votes away from both sides of this two party system. If you can only pull votes away from one side, then by definition, you're still operating within the bounds of the two party system.
Regardless of your self-righteous postulation, Ralph Nader is and will always be seen as a Democrat running outside the Democratic party.
Running independent is in itself fighting that strangehold.
A true third party candidate would be able to appeal votes if ballot restrictions favoring the two party system were taken out and the CPD didn't censor that candidate from debates. Until then it is confined to "pulling votes" because of the gross added restrictions.
You are a complete moron for calling me self-righteous in advocating fair play for independents. That speaks more about your character than I can ever stipulate.
Sorry, but Ralph Nader is partly responsible for helping to elect one of the most disastrous presidents in recent history.
For the sake of everyone who's lost their lives on account of his actions, Ralph Nader should have to answer whether or not he would still run in 2000 knowing what he knows now.
I understand voting for a third party may help you sleep better at night, but in the grand scheme of things it doesn't help advance this country's political environment in any way, shape, or form.
Sorry, but you have a wealth of other information and people to question that involve Bush's victory more than a grassroots candidate.
Everyone who has lost their lives? For their sake? Not the congress allowing the war and funding it or all the legislations that passed to the appeasement of both parties? You have your priorities completely topsy-turvey.
In the grand scheme of things the Two Party system isn't helping advance or change the "catasthropic" US environment.Vote for"change"
Obama represents a globalist foreign policy disguised as meliorism, just like Clinton and his haphazard failed interventions. So does Hillary. Now McCain's lunacy is evident but inherently all three represent the same formula for disaster and unconstitutional nationbuilding, the people deserve to have a real vote, and Nader just might get some.
Instead of manipulating the democratic process that is already contaminated by the Two Parties with your half-baked logic you should stop and think.
Ralph...knowing that you will not win, but will possibly pull some voters from the Democratic ticket in a tight race, what is your motivation? Particularly since you lost Al Gore the last election with your running. What did you accomplish by doing it then and what do you anticipate accomplishing now?
You win some, you lose some. How could anyone have possibly known about 9/11, the random Iraq lie, etc.? Bush is an imperialist and a caterer to the rich and the business elite, just like most of the people in the two corporate parties.
Just for the record, the democratic party has consistently had overwhelming support for the war until very recently. Even the recent buzz is a fad to get votes.
Nader didn't cause Bush to become president, the 90,000 people who voted for him did. Blame them.
Nader is indifferent to nothing. In fact he is the only current candidate who genuinely cares for this country AND countries around the world. Clinton will bring us a war in Iran; Obama will bring us war in Pakistan; McCain will keep us in a war with Iraq. Nader will remove war from our agenda and use that money to fund education, welfare, single-payer healthcare, and to benefit the endless damage we have put on the environment.
To your original question: find any of his speeches for an answer.
Doorag65, don't waste your time with this puppet. Him and his liberal-monotone ilk like to cherrypick statistics. He should invest energy in criticizing Gore's "indifferance" to almost 94 thousand voters that were disenfranchised and weren't allowed to vote by Database Technologies. Or dems that voted for Bush.
He wants to blame the already grossly-abused and restricted rights of Independent runners and limit more freedom to the glory of Big Government Dem/Pub monopoly.
As if having statistics is a bad thing? Nader is one of few politicians who actually have statistics and documents to back up their points rather than just promises of hope and change. And Gore's indifference to the purged voters?? What was Gore to do in that situation? Jeb Bush, W's brother, was governor; I don't think Gore could have done much to help those voters.
Nader is fighting for independents and third parties; he's been in endless lawsuits to make the system fairer.
Yes, that's a little better. However the correct blame would be put 100% on the hundreds of thousands of Nader supporters. If so many people personally want him to run, shouldn't he listen, especially when he's standing up for things he wholeheartedly believes in?
I don't hate the republicans. If I hate them then I hate democrats almost exactly as much. They're both a bunch of corrupt, pandering, greedy, narrow-minded, manipulative democracy-blocking fat cats.
I blame the Republican political consultants who helped him in 2000 and Fox News who gave him free air time for no reason.
A vote for Nader is a vote for McCain.
The GOP works incredibly hard to convince decent Americans not to vote at all. Suppressing voter turnout by making people cynical and by making people sick of politics.
But as long as that tactic keeps working, they're going to keep using it. The only way to make them stop using disgusting tactics is to do the opposite of what they want.
Defy Karl Rove. VOTE! As if your life depended on it.
Right, by making the middle and lower classes indifferent and cynical and leaving them out of the public arena, the rest of the voters will play right into their hands.
All systems of power will work to remain in power, whether or not they are serving their original purpose. Our government has been trying their best to block democracy since the early 1900's.
Interesting that citizens will gripe about our government being lazy, or slow to respond, and unable to make good decisions. However when they make it a decision it automatically becomes shit because one poor bastard out there disagrees. Freewill is always expected but when you elect a person to office their freewill is thrown out the window. Then it comes creeping back to make decisions based on judgement and we beat it back down in the dirt because its suddenly evil.
No, it is evil because it has sytematically excluded most of the lower class people in the U.S. for decades, and it will do anything to keep Americans fat, stupid, and unaware of anything REAL that has to do with politics.
Do you get the idea that your government WANTS you to know and care about what they are doing?
Excellent choice in Matt Gonzalez! He is a brilliant mind like yourself. I hope his program of ranked choice voting gets the attention it deserves. If elected who would be your choice for Cabinet and what would your first 100 days look like ? Now that You tube is giving you a voice , will they put you on the same youchoose page along with Gravel Mckinney ? Will you debate Obama Clinton McCain? My predictions are Nader 270 Obama 214 and McCain 54 electoral votes Good luck!! Nader Wins!!
Dear Mr. Nader: I totally agree with your views on most topics, but find myself persuaded by libertarian views on monetary policy, limited government and free trade. Do you think the public interest can be adequately protected within a framework of economic liberalism? Do you think there's a common ground for greens and libertarians? Would you be willing to debate Ron Paul or Bob Barr on these issues?
You should ask this question!!! Who wouldn't want to see a debate between Nader and Paul? It would be the next big viral video guaranteed. I'm sure both would like the publicity.
Has Mr. Nader ever considered appealing to the more than 20 million Americans who have been arrested or jailed in the last 30 years for the possession of cannabis, along with millions more yet discovered as potential voters in favor of legalizing cannabis/hemp and begin the path to a more sustainable and less foreign dependent lifestyle for the fuel and other uses this plant produces and thus justify the end of the historically proven debt spiralling unwinnable prohibition era War on Drugs?
He could be the President for the stoners! That would rock! Everyone can stay stoned while the far leftttttttt groups, terror plants, and general enemies of our national freedoms take over what is left of our nation, so we end up stoned and not free because we were not paying attention because we were out of our minds, stoned!
I think you would have made an excellent member of the United States Senate. Why did you never run for THAT office? You might actually have won (unlike the Presidency) and would have had a tremendous opportunity to accomplish a lot of your goals.
I have a question for YouTube. Why isn't Nader included with Obama, Clinton and McCain in the YouChoose08 section? This doesn't seem very democratic nor fair. Actually the Green Party and Libertarian parties should be included as well.
Where is the section for third parties on YouChoose08? The Green party, the Libertarian party, the Constitution party are entitled to a spot on YouChoose08. Or is YouChoose08 simply inside the two party box? Is it limited democracy or real democracy?
check my video about how so many candidates are marginalized in debate I want all presidential nominees to debate bring on Gravel and Nader and whoever to debate the dems and republicans we need real intellectual debate
Wll Mr. Nader get rid of all the dual-citizenship Israeli/Zionists/spies that are presently in our government? Will he get rid of the constitutionally-subversive groups like AIPAC, ADL, JINSA, etc.?
Mr. Nader seems to be an egotist. Is that correct? Putting his own beliefs ahead of a viable progressive candidate like Sen. Obama. Is there no cost to the 2% he may attract? Yes there is. The values he states he supports. Cordially, GlobeBar
Obama is not progressive. Progressives do not fund the war nor do they believe in nuclear power search obamamania you can count me out an article by Matt Gonzalez
presidential08debate,yes...all true, but why do progressives insisting on voting for him? Did the media tell them too? How many bundlers does he have working for him?
Do you think that repealing NAFTA is really a good idea for America since America benefits from the production of goods in Canada, and Central and South America?
Would Ralph appointment Dr. Paul to a cabinet position? Or Secretary of State? Where do Dr. Paul and Mr. Nader see eye to eye and where are do they not? I mean what is the same and or or different about them? I'd like for Ralph Nader to answer that.

he's running because the democrats won't stand up for the american people, that's why! they voted for the war, they voted for everthing george bush wanted to do, that's your precious party of opposition for you, wake up and smell the coffee!
relgstorm 3 years ago
no one can ever seem to get it through their heads that al gore didn't carry his home state (think bush would've lost texas?) or arkansas (president clinton's home state)... nor do they remember in 2000 all the registered democrats voting for GWB! plus no one seems to remember nader telling democrats to adopt 3 of his policies and he'd drop out! your bigoted argument holds no water, you're only out to make people look bad not to fix anything. the democrat party is too blame for 8 years of bush!
relgstorm 3 years ago
so if everyone was so upset about GWB why did he get relected? even after the democrat party bamboozled nader's ballot hopes in 2004 with lawsuits and petition fraud, why did the democrats lose? you know what ass wipes, if i can't vote for nader i won't vote at all! i voted against my beliefs, for john kerry, because i thought man 4 more years of bush... the dems should landslide this guy! ya right! you dems are the ones working republicans, never again will i be duped by you people, drop out!

Democrats are afraid of Ralph Nader. What the hell does he have to do with a Republican anything? Look at Perot way back when. He was a spoiler who put Clinton in the White House. Same thing all over again, only this time it's going to work against the Democrat candidate. History repeats itself.

Ralph Nader:
Why does the GP and presumably you support massive immigration/illegal immigration when those who benefit from it are the very forces you rail against?
Isn't massive illegal immigration an indicator of massive government corruption, and isn't that something you should thus oppose?
Somehow I don't think Steve Grove has it within himself to press for answers to either question.

doorag65 3 years ago
Sorry doorag65,
Nader ought to answer the questions regarding his entering the race in 2000. It was detrimental to this party in ways no one could imagine at the time.
As much as Ross Perot is responsible for Clinton, Nader is responsible for Bush.
cagnazzo82 3 years ago
If people refuse to acknowledge that this country is a democracy, then fine, blame Nader. But the US prides and boasts itself on its supposed perfect democracy, so how can everyone be so opposed to third parties entering a major election? That is what a democracy is about.
Maybe the vast amount of conservatives and Americans feeding off the media are to blame for Bush; just because Nader is the easier target, doesn't mean everyone should blame him automatically.
doorag65 3 years ago
I just recently bought a documentary called "Who Killed the Electric Car?" with Ralph Nader in parts of it. It's good.
I wonder if Bloomberg will get in the race. I haven't heard anything about him in a while.
NsaneNtheNbrane 3 years ago
Dear Ralph Nader:
Having now been afforded the luxury of retrospect, had you to do it all again, would you still have entered the race in 2000 now knowing the catastrophic turn of events your presence in that race would ultimately effectuate?
cagnazzo82 3 years ago
"gagSpaz82": Why don't you ask Twelve percent of Florida Democrats (over 200,000) who voted for Bush? 1 percent of these Democrats voting for Gore would easily have won Florida. Or complain about Database Technologies,INC.when they blocked 94,000 voters(97% of whom has the right to vote)--Al Gore didn't protest or fight for them.
The stranglehold of the two party system is running this country down, don't expect anyone to buy your falty liberal intelligencia here lol.
utubesucks2003 3 years ago
Explain to me, utubesucks2003, how exactly Nader worked to rid us of the strangle hold of the two party system?
A true third party candidate would be able to appeal and pull votes away from both sides of this two party system. If you can only pull votes away from one side, then by definition, you're still operating within the bounds of the two party system.
Regardless of your self-righteous postulation, Ralph Nader is and will always be seen as a Democrat running outside the Democratic party.
cagnazzo82 3 years ago
Running independent is in itself fighting that strangehold.
A true third party candidate would be able to appeal votes if ballot restrictions favoring the two party system were taken out and the CPD didn't censor that candidate from debates. Until then it is confined to "pulling votes" because of the gross added restrictions.
You are a complete moron for calling me self-righteous in advocating fair play for independents. That speaks more about your character than I can ever stipulate.
utubesucks2003 3 years ago
Sorry, but Ralph Nader is partly responsible for helping to elect one of the most disastrous presidents in recent history.
For the sake of everyone who's lost their lives on account of his actions, Ralph Nader should have to answer whether or not he would still run in 2000 knowing what he knows now.
I understand voting for a third party may help you sleep better at night, but in the grand scheme of things it doesn't help advance this country's political environment in any way, shape, or form.
cagnazzo82 3 years ago
Sorry, but you have a wealth of other information and people to question that involve Bush's victory more than a grassroots candidate.
Everyone who has lost their lives? For their sake? Not the congress allowing the war and funding it or all the legislations that passed to the appeasement of both parties? You have your priorities completely topsy-turvey.
In the grand scheme of things the Two Party system isn't helping advance or change the "catasthropic" US environment.Vote for"change"
utubesucks2003 3 years ago
Obama represents a globalist foreign policy disguised as meliorism, just like Clinton and his haphazard failed interventions. So does Hillary. Now McCain's lunacy is evident but inherently all three represent the same formula for disaster and unconstitutional nationbuilding, the people deserve to have a real vote, and Nader just might get some.
Instead of manipulating the democratic process that is already contaminated by the Two Parties with your half-baked logic you should stop and think.

George W. Bush has turned out to be perhaps the worst President in American history. Why did you help elect him in 2000?
ReliableInsider 3 years ago
You win some, you lose some. How could anyone have possibly known about 9/11, the random Iraq lie, etc.? Bush is an imperialist and a caterer to the rich and the business elite, just like most of the people in the two corporate parties.
Just for the record, the democratic party has consistently had overwhelming support for the war until very recently. Even the recent buzz is a fad to get votes.
Nader didn't cause Bush to become president, the 90,000 people who voted for him did. Blame them.
aewester 3 years ago
Okay, I blame them, too. Is that better?
Unless the third-party candidate wins, which never happens, voting for a third-party candidate ALWAYS helps who you hate.
But Nadir and Bush have something in common: indifference.
ReliableInsider 3 years ago
Nader is indifferent to nothing. In fact he is the only current candidate who genuinely cares for this country AND countries around the world. Clinton will bring us a war in Iran; Obama will bring us war in Pakistan; McCain will keep us in a war with Iraq. Nader will remove war from our agenda and use that money to fund education, welfare, single-payer healthcare, and to benefit the endless damage we have put on the environment.
To your original question: find any of his speeches for an answer.
doorag65 3 years ago
Doorag65, don't waste your time with this puppet. Him and his liberal-monotone ilk like to cherrypick statistics. He should invest energy in criticizing Gore's "indifferance" to almost 94 thousand voters that were disenfranchised and weren't allowed to vote by Database Technologies. Or dems that voted for Bush.
He wants to blame the already grossly-abused and restricted rights of Independent runners and limit more freedom to the glory of Big Government Dem/Pub monopoly.
utubesucks2003 3 years ago
As if having statistics is a bad thing? Nader is one of few politicians who actually have statistics and documents to back up their points rather than just promises of hope and change. And Gore's indifference to the purged voters?? What was Gore to do in that situation? Jeb Bush, W's brother, was governor; I don't think Gore could have done much to help those voters.
Nader is fighting for independents and third parties; he's been in endless lawsuits to make the system fairer.
Wow.
doorag65 3 years ago 4
Yes, that's a little better. However the correct blame would be put 100% on the hundreds of thousands of Nader supporters. If so many people personally want him to run, shouldn't he listen, especially when he's standing up for things he wholeheartedly believes in?
I don't hate the republicans. If I hate them then I hate democrats almost exactly as much. They're both a bunch of corrupt, pandering, greedy, narrow-minded, manipulative democracy-blocking fat cats.
Indifferent?
Ok. He's 74.
aewester 3 years ago
Dear world,
I blame the Republican political consultants who helped him in 2000 and Fox News who gave him free air time for no reason.
A vote for Nader is a vote for McCain.
The GOP works incredibly hard to convince decent Americans not to vote at all. Suppressing voter turnout by making people cynical and by making people sick of politics.
And it's working.
ReliableInsider 3 years ago
You are a complete dumbass.
utubesucks2003 3 years ago
But as long as that tactic keeps working, they're going to keep using it. The only way to make them stop using disgusting tactics is to do the opposite of what they want.
Defy Karl Rove. VOTE! As if your life depended on it.
ReliableInsider 3 years ago 2
Right, by making the middle and lower classes indifferent and cynical and leaving them out of the public arena, the rest of the voters will play right into their hands.
All systems of power will work to remain in power, whether or not they are serving their original purpose. Our government has been trying their best to block democracy since the early 1900's.
aewester 3 years ago
Interesting that citizens will gripe about our government being lazy, or slow to respond, and unable to make good decisions. However when they make it a decision it automatically becomes shit because one poor bastard out there disagrees. Freewill is always expected but when you elect a person to office their freewill is thrown out the window. Then it comes creeping back to make decisions based on judgement and we beat it back down in the dirt because its suddenly evil.
bubblyboywonder 3 years ago
No, it is evil because it has sytematically excluded most of the lower class people in the U.S. for decades, and it will do anything to keep Americans fat, stupid, and unaware of anything REAL that has to do with politics.
