Hi Rolf - that was great ! I've only ever heard the Shadows version so this took me by surprise.

Loved that ending from 3:09 - I think you switch pickups and get a tone identical to Hanks and put in a truly super run . That made the song for me.

i've read that you have a 5cm of snow in your place, and how i wish helping you shovelling the snow for i've never touch nor see a real 'Snow' yet. Are you still in a state/situation of long darkness due to the climate/season?. My country remains 'Sunny' always with a soft wind blow. ...Ed

Hi Ed,,

Right now we have cold Siberian winds from Russia, which generates a lot of icy cold and snow. Right now it's 12 degrees below zero in Stockholm where I live but not much snow. In the northern parts of our country, it was last night 36 degrees below zero Celsius. Many years ago we were in northern Sweden on a skiing holiday and had 52 degrees below zero, crazy bitter cold! It can be incredibly beautiful with a snow landscape, but we are limited in our choice of activities.
