  • Are any of the workouts in the video bad for your joints?

  • @Lrdvltr probably just the squats at the beginning, if you're concerned about your joints then you must do them as calmly as possible and never go all the way up that just hurts your knees. All of this applies to the lunges as well so don't overkill if you don't want to hurt yourself.

    Yeah I did this 2 years ago when I was 220 lbs and I went down to 160. Took half a year tho..but it really does I just been so lazy about exercising its hard to find motivation. Easier at age 20 now im 22 T.T

  • Yeah I been lazy...just working on the total gym a lil here and there. I bought me a blu e-cig. I never smoked in my life But this does curb my appetite. All I had was salad and fat free crackers! Just need to eat fruit and a lil more here and there. I am nut nutrionist I tell you!
