@Lrdvltr probably just the squats at the beginning, if you're concerned about your joints then you must do them as calmly as possible and never go all the way up that just hurts your knees. All of this applies to the lunges as well so don't overkill if you don't want to hurt yourself.

Yeah I been lazy...just working on the total gym a lil here and there. I bought me a blu e-cig. I never smoked in my life But this does curb my appetite. All I had was salad and fat free crackers! Just need to eat fruit and a lil more here and there. I am nut nutrionist I tell you!
