There are retro prisms on the moon left by one of the moon missions. They will return laser light to its origin. Try pointing the Hulk laser at the moon while looking at the moon through a telescope. If you can get the alignment correct, you should be able to get a reflection a couple of seconds later.

Great idea but can't work. As much as i think the Hulk kicks arse, the beam has a very small spread (divergence) Over the distance to the moon and back the beam will have spread out so far as to be non existant.

No portable laser could do that.

I just recently hooked my 35mw freak unit which lights matches sucessfully up to a 500ma 3 volt transformer that plugs into the 110 in the wall outlet. the diode I contacted wickedlasers which is my pointer and found out they are 600 ma diodes so as not to burn out now I DONT bother recharging batteries anymore.

They are two different types of lasers. The viper is a laser pointer with two AAA batteries and can fit in your pocket. The Hulk is a portable laser with two C batteries.

The power of "laser pointers" is generally limited to 125mW. The power of "portable lasers" is over 300mW.

Your confusion is understandalbe. At the beginning of the video there is two lasers, a smaller laser pointer (Viper) and a larger portable laser (Hulk). Laser pointers are the smaller type that can easily fit in your shirt pocket and normally take two AAA batteries. The 125mW limit is for the smaller laser pointers not the larger portable lasers.
