  • I just saw the film. That's why i googled his name and landed here. he is an insoiration to handicapped and non handicapped people. I have a handicap and he has uplifted me completely. I needed this right now. Thankyou Brad Cohen.

  • Thank you Brad

  • Bring up...dr stack...on YouTube...see amazing, fast relief, cure for Tourettes

  • TS is not only tics....tics are the less important thing in this disorder

  • TSA has failed in their attempts to educate the public that Tourettes Syndrome is not all about Tics. this clips is almost over and still, we only hear about the tics.

    Congrats on your award

  • I will never be able to speak enough about how much Brad has touched my sons life!!

    AMAZING MAN!!!

  • I so want to meet Cohen, he's my hero!

  • There's another really good film about a man who is a bit of denial about his Tourette's and how he comes to terms with it (through the help of someone who believes in him), and this movie is called "Dirty, Filthy Love" and it stars Michael Sheen. I thought it was awesome.

  • twowheelknight you don't have to have TS to be a real man!

  • I have tourette syndome and if any of u have it message me i want some friends that have its hard haveing i mean i barley have any friends because of it :( and im not lieing i do have it

  • @S0MEGIRL81

I just tried to message you SG81 but it says you have closed your account

If you read this I have some links that may help you

  • Yeah, watching him here, you would never guess he has Tourettes. Compared to the portrayal of him in the movie, there's a big difference...although that was a glimpse of his younger days, when he was just starting out as a teacher, so his tics have probably lessened a lot over the years. Mr. Cohen seems amazing--compassionate, intelligent, and a true teacher. I can relate to this story, because I do have a mild form of Tourettes, although nothing compared to what this guy's been through.

  • @rosek102

And in the whole interview I saw him have two very minor tics and they even made a film about him.

    Bit embarrassing really isn't it

  • @touretteman When I'm speaking to people, my tics aren't too bad either.

I have a severe form of Tourette's, yet the first time I meet someone I don't have tics at all.

It's as if my body doesn't want me to show them.

I tell everybody I have TS the first time and afterwards they start noticing it.

But in most cases the tics I have are minor tics.

When around people I don't know.

Also you can take some Halperidolum which keeps you calm in stressful situations.

    Although that's not really healthy

  • @touretteman That does not mean that his tics do not wax and wane with greater severity at times, since tics do that.

  • i just saw the movie a couple of hours ago, awesome, really good!! this are real men like!!

  • he is great

  • the movie was really great.. i loved it.. the moral behind it was rly awesome!

  • wat us the name of his movie

  • Front of the classroom

  • @MrGodsonisjesus Front of the Class

  • does he still have cause he dosent sound like it

  • @werulethishood yes there is no cure 4 it so once u have it u can't get rid of it

  • @werulethishood He still has it. There is no cure. If you ever watch the movie, you'll learn that his TS is aggrivated whenever he gets nervous. He has learned to.. I can't say control it, because you can't control TS, but he has learned to be more comfortable with himself, which lessens the ticks.
