@ChoseDeath when it comes down to it tiers have shit to do with anything but a characters vitality vs his damage output. nothing about skill. you can be whipped with a skilled player using a low tier character. that being said, him being hard to play with is completely subjective. I use jax and I don't find him difficult to use and I kick ass with him. and a lot of ppl are unfamiliar with jax matchups so that gives me an advantage a lot of times.

That was brilliant! I think it is safe to say that Jax is one of the worst characters in the game, or at least one of the most difficult to play with. I have spent a significant amount of time with him, and I believe I have maxed out his potential. He sure is fun though in friendly matches!

@ChoseDeath he is not one of the worst characters. actually tom brady and alot of vsm players said he is top tier.. he can be safe and can punish alot. plus he has some nice mindgame with ground pound cancel and his corner dmg is great.. check CD jr's jax. you will regret what you said

@GabrielCx2 Listen homie, I appreciate your recommendations on good Jax players, and I understand what you're saying. But I do not "regret" (poor choice of words) what I said. Compare Jax to Kung Lao or Kitana or Ermac or even Shang Tsung and he is not even on the same level. Note that I said he is very hard to play with. This disappoints me because he has always been one of my favorite characters, all the way back to MK II. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.

With the lag online and the fact that for some reason Neatherealm patched a few of his high damage combos Jaxs had become more of an MMA style of fighter for me. I work for superior defense while still being aggresive but I only do like 17-25% combos.

the combo that starts at 0:49 after i do the u,f+2, b+1,2,4, 1,2 when i do the 1,2 he does he elbow hit combo and idk why.. help?

not dirrectly after his elbow smash. the roll back animation and the wakeup animation have to occur before the wakeup attack. the elbow smash puts them in a stun where they have to wait a couple seconds before they can intiate a wakeup attack

First time I saw these combos on YouTube I started playing jax... I swapped characters a week later because he has no practical combos, his projectile is lacking, the 50/50 wakeup ground pound is easily guessed and punished, and his moves are slow. His best move Is the dash punch and ex dash punch through projectiles but that pushes them back too far too really keep pressure with his slow moves. The fact that his grab is a combo and if you whiff he deals less than regular characters grabs is al

Means they cant roll back, quick rise or block. all combos are escapable in MK with combo breakers.
