Seriously. Sadly, we've had nothing but SEED in the last (several) SRW's. It's been getting scarcer seeing even the pre-CCA stuff (the "main UC" stuff).

On a side note: Carozzo and Dougatch would be best friends with Rau.

Personally... I'd also love a SRW that uses only Gundam 0079 and a bunch of One Year War sidestories to represent UC Gundam.

We could have Blue Destiny, and Rise From the Ashes for new appearances, and use 08th MS Team and 0080 again. Amuro could actually use the NT-1!

Or I could just give whatever the best Gundam ends up being to Shiro instead!

It's unlikely that we'll have one featuring only Gundam 0079.

The closest we have currently is SRW GC or its remake SRW XO.

Gundam 0079 and all of its side stories appear in the game, and the player spends quite some time there before moving on to later in the UC timeline (Zeta, CCA, etc.)

Nope, cause then you'd have two Judau's, and two ZZ Gundam's. Gump is the Double Zeta after fifty or so years, so the two can't exist at the same time, even if you made Grey Stoke into a different character.

SD gundams have already been around since I was a kid. They were popular .. maybe one of the reason is because they look like gasaphon you can collect from a vendor machine in japan or hong kong.

As far as I hear, it's for money purposes. Sunrise charges some hefty licensing fees for fully-proportioned use of it's mecha. SD Gundams are cheaper for licensing.
