About the eBook... The book looks pretty cool and all. But it is a little too much. You should use a standard font and layout. I don't know what you made this in (maybe pages or keynote). Try to keep it clean, the Apple way you know :)

Excellent Video Adrian, some excellent and really useful points. I think everyone who is part of the Youtube community wants to be successful at one time or other. They may not start out with this ambition but as time goes on it sets in. I think as far as the haters are concerned, the more successful you become the more you are going to gather haters. But as you say Adrian a thick skin is needed and they need to be ignored. Awesome video mate and I will certainly download your ebook.

great video mate, will check out the ebook and give you my thoughts if i get around to it. i understand why you feel so strongly about the expansion, i do to. i only started telling people about my twitter when i reached 600 subscribers and that was a couple of weeks ago. also a few days ago i started my own blog tv and now on saturdays, i have 2 shows that day, one for USA and Aussies and one for EURO and UK. i had a good turn out for both shows and am glad i waited. i still have work to do tho
