  • i take a shower before i workout cause if i sweat right away i feel i finished my work out....

    pd: of course i also take one after...

  • About 5 years ago i started a habit of taking a long hot shower right before i work out. Many of my friends thought i was crazy but i always believed it helped to warm up the tendons and relax the muscles before you place all the stress of a rigorous work out on them. Now i can show them your video to prove i knew what i was talking about. Keep up the great vids, many of us appreciate it.

  • wats the window between u taking ur shower and then having ur workout? coz my gym is at least 30/40 mins away, an did like to try this out.

  • Thanks for doing this video and showing that taking a hot bath before a work out will help stretch the your muscles. I have often told my friends that complain to much of aching pains is to take a hot hot bath. now I can show them. the best of luck on your goal to reach 405.

    is it ok if you train for like 1 and a 1/2 hour for mass? And after your hard workout from 1 and a 1/2 hours, doing some cardio like 15 minuts and take a sauna?

    Or will this effect that ur training too long and you will burn your muscles? And does a sauna effect muscle growth?

  • Hey Kevin, in one of your videos you train with 225lbs for 19-20 reps. Add 4 more plates and go for 1 rep max, i think you can pull it of.
