About 5 years ago i started a habit of taking a long hot shower right before i work out. Many of my friends thought i was crazy but i always believed it helped to warm up the tendons and relax the muscles before you place all the stress of a rigorous work out on them. Now i can show them your video to prove i knew what i was talking about. Keep up the great vids, many of us appreciate it.

You got it bro! You have the muscular endurance from the 225 for 20, as you know you need to focus on the press and power aspect, those fast twitch fibers..
is it ok if you train for like 1 and a 1/2 hour for mass? And after your hard workout from 1 and a 1/2 hours, doing some cardio like 15 minuts and take a sauna?
Or will this effect that ur training too long and you will burn your muscles? And does a sauna effect muscle growth?

Hey Kevin, in one of your videos you train with 225lbs for 19-20 reps. Add 4 more plates and go for 1 rep max, i think you can pull it of.
