Those aren't considered trucks by law I believe. You can drive it with a "B" license and they are allowed to drive 120 km/h as long as it doesn't exceed 3.5 tonnes.

Thats correct chris. Well I dont drive faster as 140kmh here. Otherwhise it can get really expensive. 140kmh-6kmh= 134khm. 14kmh to fast= 85Euro Ticket... (120CHF)
