possibly having to do with a temporary energy field . quantum physics. might have answers about particle behavior.

Long ago i meditated daily.
until i could achieve a meditative state without a formal meditation sesson.
If you can effectively control your energetic state without meditation, then you don't need to meditate.
And yes meditation does help like people say...
