Actually something that was in the news back then, the lead ( Caucasian singer here; Carol Cooper, was lip syncing. Martha Walsh was the real lead singer behind the voice, and she sued C7C factory producers Civilles & Cole) only because they tried to wash her out. She was content to stay in the back and sing the lead, but they had to get greedy. Incidentally Marsha Walsh sung back up lead for many groupss, awesome voice, but her image did'nt match the voice!
