@mikeew93 It's fairly simple. I mean, if you have no idea what you're doing, i wouldn't try until there is a safer root method. There was one brick but that was because it was a beta test. Not this root version.
@misirlou234 what would rooting it do for the warranty, I thought motorola had the "efuse" preventing people like us from rooting it, also what is the reasoning behind toggling the wifi/bluetooth?
@mikeew93 Well, it voids your warranty. The eFuse has nothing to do with anything much anymore. Dont listen to the crap you see on the internet. The eFuse is solely there not to stop rooting, but to stop custom roms, for now. All it basically does is read the bootloader and if the bootloader detects changes, it forces the phone back into recovery mode until the problem is fixed. The toggle on/off was the exploit.
@mikeew93 No. Incorrect. Although we do have root access, the bootloader is still encrypted. There are ways around the bootloader that are being worked on right now. So eventually we will see custom roms.
can u please make a real video on how to root that u arnt already half way into,

Kind of dumb that you didn't show how to set up ADB when it is probably needed to continue. Idiot.
