He said he wanted to work for a city ambulance service, so what he said is still perfectly valid :P it's just that ambulance services tend to revolve around larger regions, not cities. For example, the London Ambulance Service operates in Greater London (which is a region, not a city), and the West Midlands Ambulance Service operates in the West Midlands region.
