A little advice:

1. When making a tutorial, best is not explain too much as u will lose the viewer's attention.

2. Just go straight to the point of the purpose of ur vid.

3. If u wanna to explain or talk about something else, do it at the END of ur vid.

I'n not lecturing u or anything. Is just that, the moment I watch the first 2 mins of ur vid, I was starting to lose attention and u took to long to get the tutorial started. If u wanna explain, make it last for 30 secs. No more, no less.

If it slow, look in your library. Increase the FPS ( Frames per second) To 30 like his. The default number should be 24.something

There isn't really any script motion tweening, but...

Download a free extension called MC tween! It's all script-based and easy to use.

Is there a hotkey to add a keyframe on Mac computers? It's annoying to have to right-click on the frame and choose add keyframe everytime. If there isn't a hotkey, how can I set one up?

On my Macbook you hold the fn key and then its either F5, F6, F7 or one of those near it.

Holding fn basically makes it not carry out the functions it is set to do as default. There's an option to actually switch it so that when you press F5 it is pressing F5, rather than lowering brightness etc.
