  • Stupendo! If you (only) knew what a tear to my eye and warm feeling in my heart your singing of this has brought me, I am certain you would be very pleased. Thank You!

  • Amazing. What a voice.

  • What did he order at that restaurant to sing like that??!!

His voice and career are somehow comparable to that of Giuseppe Giacomini...

  • @TheVoicelesson If I remember right I had prosciutto and melone for appetizer and veal saltimbocca Romana for entree, and spumoni for dessert. And yes, if I had been born with a normal heart and lungs I would have become a dramtic tenor.

  • @OscarLevant1 : Putting your illness aside for a moment, If 30 years ago we had had the internet as we have it today. Do you think your career would have turned out differently?

  • @TheVoicelesson Oh yes, big time

  • @TheVoicelesson It is so funny about personal timing. Also if I had been born 20 years earlier I would have had a far bigger career. Timing is everything but we have so little control of crucial timings in our lives. We are dealt a hand of cards and we have to play them as best we can.

  • @OscarLevant1 : Good point.

  • Without doubt the very best recording of this beautiful song! Shore is at the very top here--among the truly great voices from music history--his singing unable to disappoint. Everyone I've shown or played this for is amazed by his beautiful tone and its virile masculine delivery. It works perfectly. Future baritones who want to record this must first hear this splendid rendition. It's quite a hurdle!
