This was season 3 of This is Your Life. This episode was first shown on the 29th of December 1971. Doris Hare was brilliant. I have seen all the On The Buses episodes, all great fun. I only ever watched This is Your Life if there was someone on it that i liked and Doris Hare was great. Try googling Doris Hare (wikipedia) what an amazing long career she had.
That bit with the glasses was so funny!Wish they showed this generation of celebrities "this is your live" episodes again as they had such interesting careers.
