On the TP2 this manilla + wm 6.5 is using 48% processor capacity after some text messages and after that I have been browsing on the internet the processor is used for 80 %.

This while the task managar says everything is closed.

this isnt the hd2 u retards. its the original htc touch hd with the ui from the hd 2. the hd2 is crazy fast and its still not the final software. go see some videos previewing it.

yup iphone 3GS is way way faster using just a 600mhz Samsung chip, htc hd 2 uses crappy 1ghz snapdragon (its the same proc as the failed product of Toshiba TG01) battery drainer and yet slow.

Yeah, i agree with you. Maybe is the procesor faster, but iPhone is made to be quick with the slower one.

If HTC had OS made that would perfectly fit just like the iPhone has, even the Touch HD would kick the shit out of iPhone. WM is for masses.... thats why they are slow... its not jsut for HTC but for HP, ASUS, Acer, etc.

iPhone has only one OS necessary made for ONE phone... thats why its so fast.

sigh, he is running it on a cooked rom. the device in the video has a 528mhz qualcomm processor, the leo will have a 1ghz one. the leo will run this more than twice as fast; it will be very, very smooth.

You do realize that you're not comparing apples to apples?? The iphone is not a multi-tasking device, therefore while operating a single program it will mostly likely run smoothly. WM devices can operate MANY programs at once, so obviously there would tend to me some lag.

I'd rather have fluid responsiveness and smooth run single-threaded (which is not true for jailbroken phones where you can activate multitasking with Backgrounder - it stays smooth) than choppy experience with this multitasking out of the box.

try Dutty's Leo R2 I think he improved on Miris work. on my experience anyway, because at one point i was on Dutty Leo R1 and then i saw Miris's so i tried that for a few days then Dutty released Leo R2
