I beg to differ, the size of government has been steadily increasing and saw no decrease whatsoever during the Bush term. More spending, both from congress and president, with ballooning deficits. This is not conservativism, nor is the Patriot act or FISA - endorsed by both Bush and Obama alike. Police states are left wing, reflecting bigger government and more intrusion. What do you think Obama's National Youth Core program will represent? Will he scrap the Patriot Act? It's laughable.
