  • LYRICS TIGHT CRACKED OUT

  • Wicked version, love it. Al's guitar from 0:30 - 0:45 is nice, puts a cool extra dimension in the song.

Where was this; Australia, or Texas... somewhere else?

  • @YaWantTaters

    9:30 club, Washington DC

  • I am dying inside that living in Australia I missed shows like this. RIP Ministry!

  • You'd think after decades of increasing the populations in jails with people for acquiring nothing more than something than helps them function in a normal manor in society. That they would pass some sort of legislation to decriminalize at least one illegal substance. change it from being a drug in 90% of societies minds to being a medicinal medication which is what GOD intended with it in the first place! I am sick of narrow minded biggets and money talking louder than sense! JUST ONE FIX!

  • JUST ONE MORE,HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Can't stop. Even when I want to

  • very similar to the riff of rammsteins du hast!

  • @breakdownification but older and way better

  • Probably my fav ever Ministry Track. I know where he is coming from unfortunately. Really nice job on the video there NastyByte, digging it :)

  • @willvw1 Me too times 2two! i just missed seeing Ministry on their farewell tour in 2009 (right, like "just missed" counts as 2 years ago!). But, i've seen seen them 3 times in my life, and i have to say that when I saw them, A.J. looked sooo much worse off than he does now!! GOOD FOR Him for getting off fookin herion and getting a new perspective on life!!! In my oppinion, albums like "ANIMOSITISOMINA" and "The Last Sucker" show just how mean Ministry could be as a more functional band!

  • oi we had hanzel and gretel come up for a show at a club we ran an industrial night at one time and those guys were terrible live. seriously awful. they came to our after party with a huge band ego and were rude as shit. i had no idea how popular they were in santa cruze until i found a poster of their in Rasputin's. hopefully shes aspired to move onto better things.

  • check out the album, pure adrenalized vitriol!

  • rock n roll!!!!!!

  • It wasn't JUST the Bush admin....How about the LAST 30 FUCKING YEARS!!??????

  • @utoob92

    This song is from 1992.

  • @Revcozombie i mean the other way around.

  • @utoob92 No Du hast actually. They have different core progression though.

  • @utoob92 you mean links sounds like this...

  • Just - Awesome! I did not like drugs, are drugs, like me!

  • i saw them in concert few years ago but i can't remember where it was

  • why doesn't all industrial metal bands sounds like Ministry?...It would be better!!!

  • @MirkoReaper you must be young-because if you werent you would remember he used to sing with a fake british accent and play new wave a bad version of early depeche mode

  • @qwq45 well...I am young...but Ministry in my opinion are better than many other industrial metal acts...Well...THIS Ministry, not in the period you are talking about

  • @qwq45 lmoa! ya, so true....

  • @qwq45 i was an elementary kid school back in the 80's so I have no clue what the old ministry was like. I looked up some of the old ministry stuff. Depeche Mode was radio material The early stuff I heard from Ministry didn't sound like it would make it on the radio. It was not pop enough. It was dark and just out there.

  • @sonofsam70 look up 'with sympathy' the album he belittles and tries to forget,i think it came out in' 83. that material was a pop version of dm.when it first came out we thought it was another british new wave band-he only began to play heavier stuff after '85.when nyhc began becoming popular and spreading around the country

  • @qwq45 wow! yeah I heard the song revenge that sounds like Duran Duran or something and yeah it seems like he has a British accent. So he goes from Cuban to Brit. I love the 90's and up stuff. Thanks for pointing out.

  • monkey is the only salvation

  • Its more like rammstein-Du hast :)

  • I want to bang my head so hard

  • that sounds terrible compared to the studio version

  • People are surprised that at 17 I know this band. With out having one of my parents as a fan. I fucking Love them!!!!!

  • @craisy143 they shouldnt be...I was into alot of good music when I was 17, I also hung out with older people and looked shit up on the internet so i was always finding awesome new shit and awesome old shit....check out Mr. Bungle...it was Mike Pattons band before Faith No More, SERIOUSLY big influence on alot of industrial music that we love today....check out the songs Quote Unquote and My ass is on fire

  • People are surprised that at 17 I know this band. With out having one of my parents as a fan. I fucking Love them!!!!!

  • this song gets my blood pumping

  • And thus was rammstein invented

  • BAD ASS FKN SONG

  • These guys took Motorhead and kicked it up a notch!

  • "Never trust a junkie.."

Chloe Webb as Nancy Spungen via Sid and Nancy..

    2 of my favorites!

  • @00101100 I was wondering where that was from. cool.

  • "Never trust a junkie.."

Chloe Webb as Nancy Spungen via Sid and Nancy..

    2 of my favorites!

  • "Never trust a junkie.."

Chloe Webb as Nancy Spungen via Sid and Nancy..

    2 of my favorites!

  • I salute you Ministry . God Bless you for living in this century.

  • "God Bless you for living in this century. "

    God bless Ministry ^^ lol

  • guitar kind of sounds like links 234

  • @joelibermann Exactly what I thought when i first heard this. Rammstein seems to have taken a fair bit of inspiration from Ministry

  • Yeah, you're right. ^^

But I like both songs. xD

  • One of their greatest tunes. They put on a great concert, saw their show 4 years ago, damn good. They had a female bassist, real good & hot. You any idea who she was?

  • probably Anna (formerly with Hanzel and Gretel)

check one of my HuG vids and see if it's the same bass player you're thinking of

  • @NastyByte Ya Hensel and Gretel opened for them last time I saw MInistry. They prob stole her, she was hot and decent on bass

  • @NastyByte hug is the shit. i know hug toured with ministry at one point... but you're right it isn't vas kallas or whatever her name is. probably the blonde who also does combichrist and revco?

  • I saw this tour at the Commodore in Vancouver front and center.thanks for the memories.peace.

  • Lucky bastard. Hope you had a gass.

  • fuck.. those solos are tight

  • Any version that Al is connected with is bad ass!!!!!!

  • Way better than the album version

  • This vid. is fucking bad ass trippin.Ministry lives forever!

  • Great performance during the early 90s during Lollapalooza. But too fixated on one politician or family ignoring that all politicians these days keep taking power away from people...

  • hehe my Body Count fan friend calls Ministry 'elevator music' ..nvm I still like it :)

  • if i was ever in an elevator that played Ministry....ID NEVER GET OFF OF IT!!!

  • @ASHBYHAYNES LOL

  • Comment removed

  • definitly one of their best songs 5*

    great band!

    ...and never get enough...

  • This song was inspiration for Rammstein's Du Hast... that's because Ministry is one of the most influece on Rammstein

  • hahahahahahahaha

  • That's right :P

  • YES, NO DOUBT

    MINISTRY RULES.

  • This is incredibly reminiscent of Rammsteins links 234 i think that was the song. the riff is i mean

  • Used to do push-ups to this at my local "Indy Disco" as students would bop about around me. Needless to say my "mainstream rock girlfriend" was not impressed!

  • nobody is....

  • The main guitar riff of the song shows a strong resemblance to Ministry's song "Just One Fix"; the band themselves have stated Ministry as one of their primary influences.

  • for all the rammstein fans lol

  • i thought tht was James Brown in the begining.....

  • Rammstein didn't cover this song. The guitar riff from Du Hast just bears a strong resemblance to the one from this song because it was influenced by it.

  • Me too, dragonfitter, me too *sigh*

  • i used to get all fucked up on speed and lsd and listern to ministry

  • Avril's music also has much more social exposure and advertisement. For example, radio. People search her song(s) after hearing it.

This is the glory of Ministry, you find it on your own.

And ah, Just One Fix this morning <3

  • that's my point, my friend....

    just replying DJCrabCake's comment.

  • Whoa, how the fuck you do that?

  • he hacked the internet.

  • ¤ø„¸¨°º¤ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨

    ¨°º¤ø„¸Ministry¸„ø¤º°¨

    ¸„ø¤º°¨RULEZ!!``°º¤ from GREECE!!

  • insane

as rammstein fan didn't knew that the biginnig of the song was covered, but its great so it doesn't matter :D

  • wat song was the beginning of this covered? its buggin the hell out of me

  • Rammstein - Du hast

    great song :P

  • Rammstein Covered this song

  • Never trust a junkie - From the movie Sid and Nancy - Chloe Webb as Nancy Spungeon when she and Sid meet

  • If u like ministry try other good old industrial metal bands: Pitchshifter, Godflesh, Head Of David. They're all good and formed in the 80's

  • rammstein > ministry... big time

  • Ministry and Rammstein are in two different metal genres. So how about we leave it that way.

  • Amen, to that, dear. I love you~

  • ~!* GREAT *!~

  • Yeah, wow,... Rammstein is a poor man's ministry, BIG TIME. It's like, Ministry for dummies.

  • Rammstein is really a poor mans Laibach.

  • Yeah o_o

  • Ministry

    Just one Fix (1992)

  • more internet users in 1999?

  • nothing wrong with them...

everybody already knows how much better rammstein is...

  • rammstein copied ministry....

  • Avril Lavigne

    Girlfriend

    127,376,151

i have to supose you must accept how much better Lavigne is.........am i right?

  • Oh yes sorry what i ment to say!

  • rammstein sounds like this...

  • Sounds like ramstein XP

  • Putting it down! Al Jourgensen was a junkie from the early 80's till 2004.[heroin and crack]

I still love this song, if not for everything else, because William s. Burruoughs said it was a "fantastic work of audio"!

  • Actually he quit drugs in 2001 after he almost lost his arm to a venomous spider bite

  • were they sellin this lifestyle or putting it down? i mean about drugs and all...

  • They were telling it like it is. It's obviously not something that should be idolized, but for addicts it's all that matters.

  • LIFE KEEPS TICKIN AWAY!!!@#$#$!^!!!

  • GOD DAMNIT!

I'm a teen, I hate growing up with this shitty music on radios now!

I wish I could of grown up with people listening to Metallica, Ministry, Pantera, Etc.

Now all people listen to is this rap shit...

  • yeah Xd thats damn true dude :) this all rap shit sucks amn!! Ministry Manson, Rob Zombie and stuff like this... THIS IS MUSIC!

  • i know how u feel, bro.Just ignore it, do your own thing. If u think about it metallica and pantera are kinda popular now n days, i see little kids wearing patches n shit, but like i said, you do ur own thing and fuck the rest of those people.

  • Right on!!!! I'm 31 and all though I listen to a variety of music(including lots of that rap shit :)...I will forever be a heavy metal music lover. I remember buying my first Ministry cassette Filth Pig and Pantera Cowboys From Hell. (Yeah, I said cassette..lol) If I had to say which is my favorite band...Pantera!!!!Seen 'em three times in concert and there's nothing like a live Pantera show!!!!(All of this sounds odd coming from a chic, huh?!?!

  • possibly you could obtain a guitar or microphone-cause even at my age...i still agree;;;

  • I know what your going thru man. Real metalheads are in small numbers around where i live. That rap shit all these kids listen to is fucking annoying as hell

  • Amen.

  • Amen to that brother! Metal will live on don't worry

  • I know but im just tired of being a total outcast based on my taste in music.

  • hell yeah

  • Every Junkie is like the setting sun.

They come back the next day!

  • rammstein have been influenced 100% from this song. du hast has the same melody and same rhythm with just one fix, if you notice

  • Not 100%, I think. There's still the differences with the intro and the way it's sung.

  • I didn't imagine he'd sing this with such a CLEAN voice!!! This song's one of my favourites! Saw Ministry live at Wacken Festival 2006... it was fuckin' great!

  • Kruspe has apparently listened this :D anyway, great song

  • I just listened to 'Du Hast' by Rammstein. Its an outrage! I hope they gave Al the royalties.

Forget 'Jesus Built My Hotrod', Ministry built their career!

  • >Its an outrage!

outrageously awsum am i rite? since the dawn of time music was about developing something new on top of the old. every piece you've ever heard was already half-done before you were even born.

  • it sounds similar, but it's not the same, so no royalties are deserved

  • never trust a junkie!!

  • make mine a double.

  • this is great! its like rammstein

  • No, You have that backwards. Rammstein is like Ministry.

Ministry was around before Rammstein ever thought of existing.

  • Yep Ministry has been around for a long long long time. Since the early 80's. They were out there playing music while the members of Rammstein were still in their diapers.

  • So true Kent...well said.

  • the industrial hymn!! and after just one fix, comes du hast

  • justice rips this song off in thier song we are your friends

  • That's Right! JUST ONE FIX!!!!

  • ..L.A..R.D --Dead Kennedys-Jello Biafra....Jorgen....

  • Du hast mich...

  • hahaha

  • ... gefragt und ich hab nichts gesagt!

    Hahaha

    100% R.

  • Hammer wie das abgeht.

  • you hate rammstein because they try to mix techno sound with industrial metal? for this reason i love rammstein, but i also love ministry cause they're industrial metal

  • Comment removed

  • i love you al jorgensen.

  • Fuck Rammstein... They have NOTHING over the original...Ministry IS industrial... there isn't a better example!

  • Not as good live, I guess.

  • The nice vid with uncle Bill Burroughs is removed why the hell off the fucking copyright? I head it on fore already 2 years and now its deleaded, however this is also great!

  • yea man those motherfucking record labels are delating videos - fuck tehem al !!!!

  • I love Ministry, and also Rammstein. But I think they´re quite different. So, it has no sense to argue about this fucking reason!!

  • it's true but rammstein totally did rip it off.

  • Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

  • wooow

  • That riff is epic

  • Never trust a junkie.....true that lol

  • yes, no, what? lol nice comment

  • Damn, this band is sick, and to think, I found them from a porno vid or Hardcore clips, hahahah

  • how?

  • I was on redtube and came across a porn montage with Just one Fix on it.

    Best porno montage ever.

Too bad it's not still there.

  • hi its on youporn ive got as a fave.

  • I want a link NOW

  • Hahaha!- awesome.

  • nice visuals, ministry was the road pavers for the next generation of ass kickers well done

  • skipped out of dental school and saw them in 92. Great show. Too bad Alan Jorgensen went with the fake faggy accent their first album. "Every day is Halloween" kicks ass stillt he same!

    Byte Me

  • This is the only band i aint managed to see, iv caught most bands like slayer etc but when ministry last came to glasgow i woke up in the hospital, some little fannys had attacked me coz i wouldnt buy them a bevvy. Little cnunts made me miss what would have probably been the most violent gig id ever been to. I'll hate them 4ever for that, i'll hunt the little mutha fukkas down lol. I hope they come back coz i just know even the slayer pit wouldnt compete wi ministrys pit, it would kick ass

  • Rammstein so stole this riff :)

  • you know all this generation (rammstein, hanzel und gretyl etc.) have been influenced by ministry ,due to their debut year ,you know ;)

  • you know you say you know a lot? you know..

  • :s :s :s WHAT...?
