@floorgeneral221 are you using it everyday? cause you shouldn't...you only use it when you're 100%(not feeling any pain anywhere)..bcuz your muscle will get sore and if you work it without resting it then it will surely decrease you vertical..my advice is use it every next day or so

at 6'1 and 14 I wouldn't recommend any seriously hard workouts till your about 17 if you perform things like plyometric exercises intensely at a young age you run the risk of closing your epiphyseal (growth) plates which means your height will be stunted when you finish puberty.
The best thing to do is be patient, your tall for the age and if you stay fit and keep playing ball, you'll be dunking in no time .

5-9 and only 15 so u probably have a few more inches left in you maybe 2-3 but try doing stretches and add a lil bit more weight(maybe up to 125) so your body makes it easier when you actuallly dunk it.
reddzair i don't any video of it and i don't personally follow the manual i do my very own thing like run a mile everyday for a week then rest a week by the 3rd week if u do this u'll see that they work believe me they work.
from there on u follow this until u reach ur peak.

get in the weight room and do some lunges, squats, cleans ( with or without jerk), deadlifts, leg culs, hamstrings curls etc, then do some flexabiltiy work, then ice your knees.
p.s buy some creatine, i recommend n.o explode. strength + flexabitity = power

these things work! this my first week doin it and i feel like i've already gained an inch or 2 on my vert jump. the proprioceptors rilly come in handy to so if ur gonna buy jumpsoles u gotta get dem proprioceptors

if so give it 2 more weeks of intense exercise and then rest ur muscle tissue and u will be up there to dunk 1 hand if u can palm the ball
