  • @floorgeneral221 are you using it everyday? cause you shouldn't...you only use it when you're 100%(not feeling any pain anywhere)..bcuz your muscle will get sore and if you work it without resting it then it will surely decrease you vertical..my advice is use it every next day or so

  • @clevelandjr33 jumpsoles will definitley help you gain just 3 inches it will give you 6 but you have to work for it

  • @clevelandjr33 wow you're already 5"10 at 13 yrs old...the jump sole will surely help you..but you must use it with persistent and properly or it might backfire(some get their achilles tendon injured) also dont lift any kind of weight..youre still in the growing age..you also want to be tall right..

    i know its amazing when people see short people dunking or rebounding over taller guys...but being tall is very important..

  • Lots of Squats with heavy anounts.If you want to have a great vertical leap you should be able to squat at least 230.Since your only 14 your still growing so I wouldn't lift too much but squats definetly help.Lunges also help.I would buy a weighted vest and workout in that.Anything to give your body resistence will work.

  • what you got to do is to find out which muscle groups (except abs and back) are you using most when jumping. for example,do one week exercises which are focused on calves, and next week have a rest and test your vertical in that rest week.after rest week try exercises focused on quadriceps.if calves give better results,than work out on calves,if quads give better results,than focus and work out on quadriceps. hope i helped.regards :)

  • they do work, but you have to do the correct exercises. A mate of mine did it hes about 6 foot 2 but he had them when he was around 6 foot and after 4 weeks he could dunk

  • at 6'1 and 14 I wouldn't recommend any seriously hard workouts till your about 17 if you perform things like plyometric exercises intensely at a young age you run the risk of closing your epiphyseal (growth) plates which means your height will be stunted when you finish puberty.

    The best thing to do is be patient, your tall for the age and if you stay fit and keep playing ball, you'll be dunking in no time .

  • yh spring bak, instant inches for more hops and im using jumpsoles.

  • 5-9 and only 15 so u probably have a few more inches left in you maybe 2-3 but try doing stretches and add a lil bit more weight(maybe up to 125) so your body makes it easier when you actuallly dunk it.

  • without using it? I brought the shoes, and started this Monday. I can now touch the rim barely. Do you have any decent and effective workout routine that I can use? The ones in Jumpsole doesn't seem to be effective for me.

  • get in the weight room and do some lunges, squats, cleans ( with or without jerk), deadlifts, leg culs, hamstrings curls etc, then do some flexabiltiy work, then ice your knees.

    p.s buy some creatine, i recommend n.o explode. strength + flexabitity = power
