@poisonshadow1 Make sure you have some momentum going forward when you're trying to flick the ball over. You'll have to work harder to get it over your head if you're trying to do it standing still.
@hrt5ify Do it slowly and keep practicing. If you're doing the side rainbow, practice rolling the ball from the side of your leg to the back. Once you have that down, then you should be able to flick it over.
@arsenal2477 Standing still is easier to show what's needed to perform the trick. Once you have that down, then you can try it while the ball is rolling.
