I'm not sure I would want these guys in my nuclear navy. There is too much locked step marching and not enough independent thinking from the looks of things. Submarine sailors never give marches like this. Not even the Kriegsmarine. A Prussian military tradition would probably get you sent to the bottom rather quickly in the nuclear navy. The Russian sailors are much too smart and sneaky to act like locked step marching robots.

The Chilean armed forces has a long standing tradition and relationship with the Prussian's, Prussia sent military advisers after it's independence, at that time if you wanted a great military you went to the Prussian's, so they are not copying the tradition, they got it from the germans. You should be glad that someone is still following the old Prussian ways.
