This is okay, but the original's better.

It's because the original is a lot more subtle. Kaa's voice is very calming, and the low-key musical tones make it very hypnotic. It reflects the minor suggestions needed to lower your guard. This one is a pop-music cover, and as such, ruins the effect, making it a nice song, but unable to actually capture the feel of the original.

Of course the original is better...because it's the original. But I think Selena did an excellent job turning this song into her own. She's incredibly talented. I love the fact that most of the artists on the Disneymania series pick songs like "Reflection" or some other over-used well-known easy song. This song is not easy and she took a huge risk.
