Do u have to straighten ur hair to trim ur ends?I agree with one of ur older videos about how damaging heat can be. Wen I first started transition the lady pressed my hair, flat iron and used the marcels n my hair was down my back and now is not growing n my opinion at all like before.just wondering if I HAVE TO press it to cut my ends or if I need to find a new stylist.

Some people prefer to use a blow dryer.

Different methods give you different results so some might prefer the results when heat is used...
