Belive it or not Free energy is real,But the Oil companies want these technologies unknown to the masses,Get a real free energy motor at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,The revolution begins!
Here is your task! You will need the largest suitable composite tank with a safety preasure relief valve. Complimenting this you will need a closed induction system with accelerator actuating inlet manifold preasure, with a regulated minimum preasure adjustment for idle. This induction system will have a preasure relief valve and check valves. Two tank preasure sensor switchs configured in (either or) will maintain rated safe max PSI of tank. Satus of both switches will be monitored by alarm!
It would be running a bit rich if anything other than natural enviroment air, that would cause that type of engin(if not adjusted dif.) would run cooler. theres a ton of better ways to use the energy to cop the same feel. doesnt have to be a hippie bus motor that has compression ratios different on every cyl
Of all the mileage retrofits I've seen, hydrogen boosting is the only one that might have some sound theory behind it. You're effectively retrofitting regenerative braking. I wager it won't help you on long, flat highways; but that's rare--even most interstates have ups-n-downs. It might also have chemical benefits as some are saying; but IANAchemist. The ability to store more H2 might help the regen aspect; but there's probably a point of diminishing return.
Hello, i admire your guts messing around with Hydrogen gas, but can ask obviously you would have to uprate the gas production when you drive the bus how have you done this does it work on a pressure switch in the production chamber i don't know can you tell me Thanks and best regards.
BIG LIE, big hoax ??? really ??? Do you really think there would be so many inventions available all over the world if this was a hoax. So what's your theory ? all those are fake videos, made by some weirdo partisans of the big Conspiracy ? the EV1 never existed ? HHO is an hoax ?
Right and the deposed prince of Nigeria has a $10,000,000 that he is willing to share with you if you just send him $10,000 to get the money out of the national bank. Scams have a way of proliferating once a few people believe them. I have no doubt that injecting hydrogen would create a more complete & efficient burn of fuel, but the HHO generators do not produce enough hydrogen to really effect that process except at idle.
i dont quite understand how this works, im not agumentative i just dont see where the extra economy comes from, to make hydrogen, u need to pull electricity from the engine, so burning more fuel, (u hear the engine dip when the switch is flipped) so surely you lose more energy in creating the hydrogen, than do you would do just burning neat gasoline! There is no such thing as a free lunch, is that written off in this case?
because what happens in older engines is the extra gas form the hho cell add more Oxygen and hydrogen and if you have a o2 it will lean the gas out. its only a slight pull on the alt at 20-30 amps max . no its not totally free but its a gas saver . The Honda i run my 1st one on went from 30 to 38 and my van went from 22.2 to 29 but these are older cars.
ok i just have a question.... My fuel cell seemed to be producing rather efficiently...(it's just hooked up directly to the car battery) but after a good 20 mins or so.. the water begins to boil.....
How do i keep it from heating up so much and how does that affect the production efficiency?
Depends on how many plates/ amps its drawing . Set it with more neutral plates and lower the electrolyte . boiling is from 2 things to high amps or to high electrolyte. after a while if you use LYE/KoH it will build on the plates so you need less in your refill.
Awesome, good for you. Where you able to turn in your main jet on your carby? You should be able to. I doubled my fuel milage with my joe cell, and my temrature droped dramaticly. Keep up the good work :)
Seriously ADD a bubbler or your looking at a bomb in the back corner and get a better check valve.. if anything get a few!.. look around here for the exploded units.. ones made from a sealed electrical box (square gray plastic) It went BOOM in his face.. and you dont want any water in your classic VW do ya?? (had many) PS: fun rides they are!..
What about using an inverter off the battery to run a battery charger that powers the cells instead of the alternator on the engine? (thoughts).. You can hear the drag on the alt when you hit the switch... It sounds like your taking away just as much as your helping..
Anything you connect to the battery is drawing it's power from the alternator unless the engine is stopped. *EVERY* time you convert energy there is *LOSS*. That's true for *EVERY* system EVER built by man, and will continue to be the case until the end of time. That being said, running an inverter (loss) off a battery to run a battery charger (loss), to generate hydrogen from water (BIG loss), to power an engine (BIG loss), that in turn generates the power (loss) to run the inverter, WON'T WORK
Charged off what? The gas engine? A coal or natural gas fired power plant? In ALL those cases you're still wasting. You'd be better off using those batteries in an electric vehicle. Best utilization of available energy. VW's are among the most popular vehicles to convert to electric.
What you're proposing is not unlike sitting in a chair, and attempting to lift yourself, and the chair off the ground by pulling up on the arms of the chair. Ain't gonna happen.
"You can hear the drag on the alt when you hit the switch. It sounds like your taking away just as much as your helping." It's worse. It's taking away *MORE* than it's helping. These devices simply don't work. Drawing more current uses more gasoline, and the hydrogen created doesn't come close to offsetting the gas used
Riiiiight! I guess the ENORMOUS demand for greater fuel efficiency, *and* federal government legislation demanding greater fuel efficiency, *AND* the TRILLIONS spent by foreign AND domestic auto manufacturers, didn't lead to the use of Faraday's 150 year old experiment.
Who would have guessed an amateur mechanic with hardware store junk outsmarted tens of thousands of the worlds smartest scientists and engineers who designed the vehicles of the last 100 years in the first place?
uhh.. I have a small one, its takes about 60 fluid ounces to fill up. And it increased my gas mileage by.. 6 mpg. But... i used copper with my wires and and they were probably corroded at about a 1/2 tank, thus giving me less mpg. I'm thinking I can get 40, not 36 if I used stainless steel.
If you notice, when he hits the switch to the off position, the engine gains speed because the load on the alternator is only for keeping the engine running. Therefore, any gain in mpg is lost turning the alternator with the added load. Should make a seperate generator off the exhaust like an air turbine. Germans did it in WWII to add horsepower to Uboats.
The real way to do this is not inside the vehical. Its too dangerous. The best way is to use solar or wind power at a hydrogen generation station to generate green energy to liberate the hydrogen. Sell the Oxygen to gas supply companies to help finance the overall cost and sell the hydrogen in swappable tanks or in refill existing tanks to the hydrogen engine consumer. Its all green and just like any biz. the initial cost would be the solar or windmill investment. Everything else is profit.
cool becuase I am getting 1 litre per minute with my series cell. Using 144 Watts. I cant wait to hook it up to my car and compare milage. I used the cell design from hohcells dot com
I built mine from a half gallon pickle jar, about 7 months ago. I get better power (takes less pedal to go as fast), better mpg, and mine runs cooler as well. I didn't change my timing at at all. And hey,UNCWMrSalty, so what if it blows up, get another jar! keep up the good work
Well Inspector 58, I hope they don't try to make you liable for that statement should God forbid, it blows up and somebody standing around when it does and gets hurt or killed. As they are plenty on YouTube that are showing the results of it now. And yes I know it works and I know it is dangerous as well. So be careful using this stuff as a cigarette will set this stuff off.
If you were talking to me MrSalty, I have posted a couple but I have to find someone willing to hold the camera while I demonstrate everything. And so far I'm getting 24 mpg with A/C on going down the highway. It got 18 without A/C before. And this is a 4 wheel drive
Sounds to me that you are using way to much NaOH electrolyte in the water. Measure your amps with the unit cold. You want to see 6amps accross the plates at cold start up. As it warms up so do your amps go up. Once the cells temp gets to 180 degrees depending on how much vacuum you have on your cell, it starts to boil off decreasing your cells efficiency.
Also, that glass container is very dangerous. If your engine backfires that glass will explode. I suggest you go to Wal-mart and get a $1.50 2qt Sterlite (plastic) juice container to put your cell in. You can
seal the flip top with high-temp silicone and mount your output directly over that opening. Then if you have a flashback it will just blow the top off.
Also, when the water stars boiling off, the water vapor displaces the available fuel mixture in the cylinder and you start to loose power and torque. As well as fuel efficiency.
touching the top of the lid, there will be a very small backflash pop, not dangerous. it would be very important to monitor your water level this way!
Fill the water level very close to the top, this will eliminate explosions, and also allow more gas to flow, i'm not telling you to do this, but i think that the check valve needs to go, running it the way i said, if it did explode it would prolley blow the tube off the top if that, a smaller hose and you might see mpg rise then. always keep a check on your water level with this arangement. the water lever should touch the top lid, a cotton filter may be needed, but with the water
UNCWMrSalty, i have found that hydrogen can help your gas milige. running it alone is a near hair tweak on your distrubuter! Get rid of that fat hose you have, get you a smaller one, about the size of the end of a cuetip, trust me,
my cars timing is set to be timed with a timing light at X degrees Before Top dead center. This means it takes the gas some amount of time to "EXPLODE" therfor the spark happens x degrees before the pistin gets to the top, by the time the pistin reaches the top, the gas is ready to explode. with this in your mind, if you do not advance the timing with hydrogen, the engine could run backwards because it explodes ten times faster. keep up the great work.
i little background on gas vs propane, when burning gas, your butterfly, the thing your foot moves that lets air in, the butterfly opened on your intake by your gas foot lets air in to cause gas to burn faster. when dealing with propane, you change the idel of propane "along with changing the butterfly air flow". hydrogen already has some amount of air in it, i am unsure if you need air with hydrogen up on idel? you get where i am going with this?
There is no way hydrogen will increas your milige, you either run your car on it or you dont. you dont burn hydrogen on the same timing advance mark you have set with your timing light for gas! it just dont work, has to be timed for the speed of hydrogen or your wasting your time.
BLEH BLEH, Gasoline burns, Propane Burns, Hydrogen Burns. These all Burn "At Different Rates". Listen Listen Listen. To power your car on Gas you set it at TOP DEAD CENTER, THE PISTIN THAT IS!!!!!!! NOW, To power it on propane you advane the timing or it will not run. GOT THAT????
I can hear the draw on the engine when you engage the cell... Seems to me it's proof that you're not getting something for nothing. i.e. Your having to work the car harder to turn the alternator to provide the amps to run the generator. Did you try using a catalyst in the water yet? I believe Aaron has gone that route now. Good luck.
yes the draw is noticable, pulling 20amps. Catalyst is just NaOH (Caustic) to increase the conductivity of the water. Thanks, I'll just keep plugging away, maybe one day, it'll work to some degree, I am curious as to what the emmisions are doing, I need access to a CO meter.
OMG is that Glass??????? DO NOT USE GLASS,, DO NOT USE GLASS, This can lead to DEATH. Stop running your car on low fumes, Get you a pressure meter a cut off valve, and some way to regulate it. if you blow a pistin threw your oil pan, let us know.
